Fantastic Service!

We love our crisper boxes. It's just as convenient as Hello Fresh, but better because there's literally no waste. I can't express how good it feels to have one less thing going in my garbage at the end of the week.

We've had it for 5 weeks now, and I can honestly say the recipes are very flavourful and easy. I like that the sauces and spices come pre-mixed. One thing I detested about HF was receiving 4-5 little sachets of spice, that I would use 1/4 of and then have to throw away, or go in my cupboard to die.

We're always surprised by the portion size. My partner and I get 2 portion recipes, and we almost always have seconds.

I love that it's plant based, and really easy to bulk out if you have guests.

Loving how Crisper is healthy and plant-based. Recipes are very clear and easy to follow. So much variety that in a few months we have not had two meals that are remotely the same. Always on time. Great email notifications about deliveries. Only a positive experience so far.

Amazing meal kit and absolutely zero waste. Can’t wait to order again!

The meals were excellent! Love all the reusable containers/packaging and it was truly zero waste in that respect. Only issue is the arugula we received for one of the recipes did not survive. It was too tightly packed into the silicone pouch and was soggy & wilty by the time we went to use it (about 4 days after delivery -- the food is meant to last a week) and had to be thrown out. Everything else was great, the recipes were straightforward and delicious.

I love the fact that it’s zero waste. I tried and stopped using several other meal kits because of all the waste. Also the few things we’ve tried so far have been delicious and nutritious.

Last time I got the package the box was dirty, a few ingredients were missing and the rest were old vegetables. I had to throw out some of them.

No waste.

I look forward to my CK every week! Fresh ingredients, great recipes that give me the chance to try things outside of my repertoire, and it saves me valuable kitchen time now that we have a little one. I never tried a meal kit before because I know how incredibly wasteful they are with all of the single-use packaging, and so I am grateful to have access to CK's zero waste service now that life is busier!

I ordered gift certificates for family members so can only address that experience which was outstanding! Staff were responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I hope the recipients enjoy the products they order and that they will favourably review their experience(s).

Most meals have been really good, just a couple were okay. A couple of times the ingredients didn't fully match the recipe.

Crispr is a great plant-based meal kit in zero waste packaging

Crisper is the perfect solution to all the other meal kit services that make NO effort to reduce the amount of single-use throwaway packaging (plastic and otherwise). I also love that the meals are vegan, it's a good way to reduce reliance on meat and learn to cook without it.

Like the mission. Vegan. Waste free. Other meal kits we tried had lots of packaging. But like the other the portions were small for us. Ex. Black bean sweet potato enchiladas 2 per person is not enough without rice or some other side. We added for tortillas for the extra filling instead of just piling that on top.
