Complete rip-off. They charge around £40 while the official French Government website charges around £5 and is very efficient - I imagine this company uses it. I’m applying for a new sticker and checked this site out. Last time I used the official
site I had a valid temporary pass within 24 hours and the definitive paper pass within 10 days.

Do not buy from this business! Ordered our sticker in July for a trip in August which cost £30 or £40. Got an email with confirmation and told the paper sticker would be on it's way soon. It wasn't.
Fast forward to early August, we unexpectedly changed our car to a new electric car so needed to get a new sticker asap!
This time I did my research... and purchased the sticker from the official French website on 6th August. It was a easy process (took about 5 mins) and the sticker cost 5 or 6 euros! The sticker arrived today 19th August, 13 days after I placed the order. I wish I had done this in the first place and saved a lot of money.
The sticker from this UK business has still not turned up!!! International postage time is an excuse, they're robbing customers blind and they've probably made up all their positive reviews too!!! If you need the sticker and you don't want to be scammed, order from certificat-air.gouv.fr.

I was sceptical in the start, and (did the sensible thing and checked) result, very Legitimate business.
Exceptionally good service. Fast efficient with excellent comms. Relevant compliant Doc’s (legal digital version) within hours. Even replying to queries. (I had a few) via email and whats app, never an issue in getting a reply. (All info is in fact on the website and most things covered in FAQ’s. If you take the time to read it)
Following several failed attempts to register on the official French site. ( also a last minute trip ) therefore not the time to apply and register in enough time to receive a cert from France prior my trip.
This service was perfect.
Absolute fact: If you want the advantage of a quick service from the UK that works and will get you compliant pretty quickly with all the french regulations avoiding unnecessary fines, then of course expect to pay more than the french option for the convenience.
Does exactly what it says “on the tin”, great service much appreciated.

This is a scam. These companies should not be an able to operate.

Had an error on my initial certificate, communication was spot on and so was turn around of anew certificate.

I ordered I was emailed a copy in case the paper copy didn’t arrive in time, but it did so brilliant

£39.99 for a €5 sticker is down right fraud. Utterly shameful practice! Do not use this company. I learned the hard way!!

Crit'Air Site is NOT the French Gov Website. You will be charged 39Euros for a sticker which costs 5 Euros on the official government site!

When I came to buy my sticker this year I accidentally went to this website and noticed that the cost is 39 Euros. I thought this was odd because I only paid 5 Euros two years ago. So I then found the official government website and it is still around 5Euros. Don't fall for this overpriced website.

Must have spent over two hours of my time trying to upload different images of my logbook on various devices complete waste of time.
Just tried one last time and it went through not an easy task room for much improvement.

These guys sell stickers by the price which is 9-10 times higher than the official fee (39.95 GBP vs 5.11 EUR). With such margin they basically make money out thin air. While technically they do provide the stickers, I don't think such businesses should be tolerated. Also they seem to be forging the official receipt which is supposed to be used as an evidence until a physical sticker arrives

Still not received my car sticker. Had my holiday to France back home now. Paid your company money for very little.

Using the website was very easy. The e-certificate was emailed the next day.
