Had to laugh when I read the website's reply to a 1 star review. (Our service is designed for those who prefer assistance with the application process, translation support, and UK-based customer service. We also provide an easier ordering process and help customers who may experience issues with uploading their documentation or completing the form)
1st. Translation service. The official website allow you to change french to English. Get this - for free.
2nd. Re the questions. You have to Google your co2 reading for your car. Its generally euro 6 for a car anything else just Google. The questions are nit difficult.
3rd. Uploading please note the picture of your vehicle registration has to be under 5mb a picture. Take a picture see size then retake that picture using a reduce size option. V simple.
The whole process took me 2 minutes and I got an email and it cost 5quid or you do the same thing via this site who will then do the same on the french site and make a tidy 30+ quid profit out of you. You have been warned.

It was really easy to use but a bit long to receive the stickers it’s coming up to 3weeks now and I’ve not received them?

The website was easy to use however, I thought this was an official webpage. It is significantly more expensive than using the official French webpage. I wish I had researched the cost first as I hadn’t realised. The French site charges around €5. I appreciate this webpage was easier to navigate but this is a ridiculous increase in cost. Feeling frustrated that I didn’t check how much it should be first.

This page looks official but talking to my mate he paid £6 where as this company charges £39. I appreciate I got fleeced but I hope someone else gets to see this
