Jessie May is a Children's Hospice at Home service, caring for local terminally-ill children. The charity had an out-of-date, legacy phone system, with no expansion capability. The charity had grown and needed to expand it's office space, which also necessitated a new telephone infrastructure. Blackstar Solutions carried out an extensive health check of the current telephony and recommended the ShoreTel Connect system.
