Very poor service, certainly I would not recommend it.

Poor service; no explaination of reasons why delays and what action they are taken… It will be last transaction.😡
The money still not reach to recipient.

Ive been using crosspay for quite long time and it seems their service had changed to poorly and unacceptable. Called them numerous time and my money hasn’t reached its destination. Very disappointed

Utter poor service from crosspay . I send money from 16th July and today is 23rd July, still my money not received at the recipient. I keep on calling customer service and they are saying sorry. I need the money back

Still waiting for my money 1200£ which made as an instant transfer on 09th July unable to contact by phone or email ver very poor service

Ive been using crosspay for quite long time and it seems their service had changed to poorly and unacceptable. Called them numerous time and my money hasn’t reached its destination for a week and now I have to pay for penalty due to short of funds on my account. Very disappointed and im moving elsewhere.

Very disappointed with their service, they never answer the phone and never reply to emails. My money is stuck and hasn’t reached the destination in 6 days. I am never using them again , I am trying out Western union for my future payments .

Customer service is very poor and managment dose not take any action regarding the transaction qurey, you don't know how and when your transactions reached i think this company need to change their management or close the company. If they don't run in proper manner like bfc.

The Crosspay money transfer is not a trustable company. They are taking money from you, then they hold your money here in Uk for 4 5 days to gain some profit. Your family or benefiatry will visiting the bank multiple times, but the bank in Pakistan is not giving them money. Because the Crosspay is holding your money here.
They are not trustworthy.

My bank confirmed, money went into clear bank account ( cross pay).
They processed the transaction, then cancelled it.

Not happy with recent services. Long delay with money transfers especially when it comes an emergency fund transfer, it takes 4 working days to receive money to the recipient. Never get a chance to get hold of the customer assistance.

Crosspay's services are rubbish and they are big time cheaters, every time when you call their customer services to check on the progress on money transfer they lie to you that the money will be deposited to beneficiary's account in next two hours and their two hours never come to an end. They deliberately hold on your money so that could gain from exchange rates movements. Please do not use their services to send money back home. There are so many other good apps and money changers out there please do not give Crosspay any business. This was my last time I sent the money through them. Let's join hands and bring them down to ground as they don't care about there could be a medical urgency for which timely transfer of funds can be life saving for someone.

This Crosspay is very annoying we’ve been calling them from Monday until now the money is still processing,they will tell you they will do it and call us back but we never received any call from them.we send the money last Friday but this Crosspay staff wants to be chase everyday.I don’t recommend to people

Very bad service
Need to contact 3 to 4 times to resolve transaction issues. Always need to chase them. Received money after 2 to 3 days. ( Was in hospital for emergency surgery and I was forced to arrange money from somewhere because of crosspay delay)
Never recommend to anyone as crosspay doesn’t pay at right time and poor customer service. I have complained about delay in transaction to the team and they don't even responded.

Delays are a common occurence now from personal experience.Recent tranaction still showing processing for last 3 days.Beneficiary not received funds.On calling, on day 2 I was advised status will update to processed in 2hours.

These are electronic transactions so I really don't understand the length of delays.
Even acknowleding the banking time differences abroad.
If there is an unreasonable delay customers should be informed,it is poor service not to.Delays can sometimes have huge implications for customers.
Keeps saying in standard response that the Company never holds customer funds unless it's for regulatory reasons.Not sure exactly what this means and it does not help the customer in reality to understand what exactly is causing the delays.

Each time when we do a transfer through Crosspay, now a days it need millions of calls before it gets to your destination.

Just a bad service

Whats going on with the service?? My transactions getting delayed , it causes so much problems for us. Please sort out this slow process.

I am very disappointed with your service. its been 5-6 days now since my 2 transactions. This is absolutely disgrace. I have also tried to reach out to you and contact however yet again im receiving no guidance in repsonse to why money is not being sent. I even sent an email to you on the 30th of march and i am yet to receive a response. I used your app thinking it would be quicker however it was so inconvenient.

Now this is very slow in sending to the beneficiary account

I’m very disappointed with the service, I made two transactions using the mobile app one was on 5th February which I had to wait 3 days to credit the money into the account after I made 3 calls to the customer service. I thought it was just a technical issue.
The second one was on 14th March and I had to wait 4 days and made 4 calls to the customer service for them to credit the money into account.
I will not use this service again.
