What adds to the frustration is the lack of communication and apology after escalating the issue, despite acknowledging their mistake.

I recently had the misfortune of using this money transfer company, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I am writing this review to warn others about the dreadful service and complete disregard for customer security I encountered.

First and foremost, my transaction was inexplicably canceled without any valid reason. I had meticulously provided all the necessary details and completed the required steps, only to find out that my transaction had been abruptly halted. This unexpected cancellation caused a significant inconvenience and wasted valuable time that I could have used elsewhere.

To make matters worse, not only did they cancel my transaction, but they also had the audacity to charge my debit card for it. This blatant disregard for their customers' financial well-being is absolutely unacceptable. I had entrusted them with my personal information, including my card details, with the expectation that they would handle it securely and responsibly. However, it is evident that this money transfer company falls far short in this regard.

Seeking answers and a resolution to this mess, I decided to contact their customer support. Sadly, the experience with their support team only compounded my frustration. They displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and complete disregard for privacy concerns. Despite their claims of strict security measures, they failed to confirm my name or any other identifying details when I called. This carelessness in handling sensitive information put my personal details at risk of being leaked or misused.

It is disheartening to see a company that is meant to facilitate safe and reliable money transfers exhibit such gross negligence. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service skills demonstrated by this company is simply appalling.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this money transfer service. Not only did they cancel my transaction without reason, but they also charged my card and failed to protect my personal information during my interaction with their customer support. Save yourself the headache, inconvenience, and potential security risks by exploring other, more trustworthy alternatives available in the market.

Its great that we have a facebook group for updates and direct contact when we need help or when we have enquiries. But please could you reformat the receipt. It should be Pin Number/reference number, name of beneficiary, Point of pick up, and amount in the receivers currency
The details like amount sent in senders currency, source of fund etc should be below coz the receiver does not need to know all those. Thank you.

I visited the Barkingside branch to effect a bank transfer. The staff member was polite, provided relevant information and effected the transfer speedily. Outstanding customer service.
