Two weeks ago I have transferred money to my Friend's bank account and upto now she haven't got the money. They keep telling me to just wait. Lol it's been 2 weeks. I phoned the office this morning and as I was talking to the lady, she drop off the phone while I was speaking to her. What an attitude 🤣 I will never ever use this service again. Thank goodness it's not a lot of money but the trust is gone.

Worst money transfer service ever. I use to use Ezremit services for money transfer sevices and never had an issue with them. Since, Crosspay has taken over them its been a nightmare. The last transaction i did with Ezremit, for which i already received receipt for the transaction. However, this money wasnt received by the beneficiary as i assume the company was in handovering process. Just for the record the transaction receipt no EZT1870155 & EZT1870157. I tried calling Ezremit which wasn't answered, so dropped an email. In response to the email, i was told by Crosspay that they have taken over Ezremit and will look into this matter.
Secondly, i assumed this company would be better as Ezremit. As a result, I installed their app and did one more transaction (CPAY221570000392). Its more than a week and the transaction is still in pending status. I tried calling Crosspay, which is never answered. I emailed them, which was only aswered once and since then no updates or emails.
I am really thinking to take them to court, its enough.

Warning everyone not to trust this company . I sent money abroad on 3rd of June and the beneficiary still hasn't received it. They don't respond to your phone calls. They are keep on making false promises. I left the bad review other day and someone got in touch through the customer service line and made the false promise again. Guess what what they said oh the beneficiary phone number doesn't work wth, I ring her on same number everyday. Her number is valid and don't make me fool. I still gave them another contact number of the beneficiary. They rang her and gave another fake reference number which doesn't even exist. They told her to check with the bank today and beneficiary did and money still isn't there wth😡. Do you know how old is the beneficiary 70 year old woman with so many health issues. They made her to visit bank several times. They don't care do they?? They've created the fake reference number which doesn't work at all.
They've given me so much stress, anxiety and wasted my time and the beneficiary time too. They are liers fraud and scammers. I've sent them last email today and still no response at all. My emails and phone calls were ignored I've reported them today and taking this matter further as enough is enough. What a poor service. They think it's India and can get away with the rubbish service. If they don't refund my money back then I am going to sue them. I am highly disappointed and angry.

Worst money transfer service. 5 days waiting time. No customer service. No one answer the dam phone. I called about 20 times no answer. I will never use CROSSPAY again. Avoid on all cost 👎

Crosspay has become my favourite method for sending money to India.

Mobile app has improved a lot but would love to see few more improvement such as when payment has been sent to India for example and received there app should show as paid. I am giving this reason because I have seen some showing still as pending.
Another thing would love to see in mobile app improvement is more login option maybe use biometric systems available to all new phones or pin patten ? Currently have to login with email and password everytime.

Looking forward to seeing this improvement coming to app soon 😊

1. Your Exchang rate is always low(less)
2. You trade with client money as much as you can.
3. You try to hold client money with out any good reason
