Australia cruise and hotel stay
Second time using Cruise2 and once again it was a pleasant experience. This time I spoke with Jordan to book our holiday to Australia. He was very helpful when looking at the flight options. We opted to travel east to west via San Francisco which was more suitable in terms of cost and flight connection timings. Would gladly recommend Cruise2 and hope to use them again in the future.

Dear Christopher,
Greetings from Cruise2!
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback — we genuinely welcome your comments and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the matter further.
The email referred to in your review was a routine, system-generated courtesy reminder 📩 , sent to all customers as their holiday balance approaches its due date. For security and compliance reasons 🔒, such reminders are intentionally designed not to display balance amounts, include payment links, or request immediate payment. Full payment details are always clearly outlined on the official invoice issued at the time of booking.
We understand that without reference to the original invoice, the purpose of this reminder may not have been immediately clear. Please be assured that the email was sent solely as a helpful notification and not as a payment request.
Our communication processes are structured to prioritise customer security and data protection, and we trust this explanation clarifies the intent and safeguards behind our approach.
Should you require any further assistance or documentation, our customer service team remains at your disposal.
