Helpful & Hassle Free Booking
We were assisted by Betul from Cruise2 who helped us plan & book our fly cruise including stays in Lake Garda & Venice. Zak was most helpful, polite and friendly from answering the phone to the end of our conversation. He was knowledgeable about the cruise we were interested in and our destinations.
His advice was very helpful and we took his suggestions on board and booked extra days in Tokyo. He asked about our needs and reasons for wishing to visit Tokyo. We felt he was very sincere in arranging the best holiday that would meet these needs.
Zak struck up a very warm relationship with us both from the off and we didn’t feel pushed or rushed into making any decisions. Based on the information given we were happy to book the cruise at the end of the conversation. He obviously enjoys and cares about what he does and is an asset to your company.
