Outstanding service - thank you Jordan
Jordan could not have been more helpful, well-informed or pleasant.
Called to discuss a possible South America cruise and Jordan dealt with all queries efficiently and gave me lots of options. He summarised the details before proceeding with the booking. He said that it would take a couple of days for all the elements to be finalised and the full confirmation. As there was a slight delay with the flight reservations, Jordan even called on his day off to keep me informed.

Answered my questions
Had a few questions, once I found the “ We care” email address Larna was very helpful . It did take a while to get the answer to one of my questions regarding an early breakfast but Larna did explain they were waiting for a response from the hotel in Italy . Once received She gave me an update with options that was very helpful & arranged breakfast boxes for us for our early start

5/5 Stars Paul from Cruise 2 is an absolute star
Paul recently arranged a highly complex cruise and stay holiday to the Far East for us, and his service was nothing short of exceptional. Planning a trip with so many moving parts - multiple flights, hotel stays, transfers and the cruise itself - felt completely overwhelming, but Paul handled everything with absolute mastery.
His deep knowledge of the Far East and the cruising companies was invaluable. He effortlessly coordinated all of our intricate logistics, from seamless airport transfers to perfectly located hotels ensuring very single detail aligned perfectly.
I would 100% use Paul from Cruise 2 for all my future cruises.

I so much appreciate the care and time given to me by Paul. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs even staying after shift hours. I got the cabin and flights that I wanted and he spent some time to do this after I rejecting the standard offering which was unsuitable in my circumstances. Everything was explained by phone and backed up by email. Extremely efficient , professional and individual service. I was made to feel special and he must have 100's of clients. Best agent I have dealt with in 40 years of travel.

Jordan was planning our holiday to the Canadian Rockies and Alaska. We were 4 family members travelling together. It was not off the shelf package. Jordan put a lot of efforts to create a bespoke plan that accommodate all our wishes and fulfilled all out dreams.

We booked a cruise through Cruise2 last…
We booked a cruise through Cruise2 last November with Jordan to Japan with Qatar airlines and Celebrity cruise line. With all the problems in the Middle East we didn’t know if we would get to go on my special 70th birthday.
We have been in constant contact with Kate who has been very helpful in helping us with changing flights etc. No questions or any emails are a problem to Kate which there have been a few she has dealt with them all professionally and in a timely manner.

Hats of to Emma, she was sooo helpful. We booked a cruise last year while onboard a Holland America ship. We agreed on the cabin number and thought that was locked in. Cruise2.com who we nominated as our agents as we received excellent service last year received the details from the Cruise line and we had been allocated the wrong cabin. I contacted Emma and she got the cabin changed to the same one we had last year. We were told by HAL sales agent that it wasn't available but Emma worked her wonders and got it for us.
