Their Disclosure policies are HORRIBLE!! We brought in a few boxes for our office recently not knowing their products contain Coconut (either as an oil or an ingredient in their cookies in general), and one of our employees was severely allergic!! There is no mention of a coconut ingredient in their products, but the contents were heavy enough to be a near life-threatening reaction. Crumbl seriously needs to be more transparent regarding their product ingredients!! There was no way to know this beforehand. I scoured the entire website, app, and outside sources after the fact to find NO confirmed evidence that they use the ingredient. If there’s any allergens you may have that could be a baking ingredient at ALL, I would avoid ever bothering with this company for your health; they barely even disclose the necessary allergies.

They don’t have no customer service!!!!! I’ve been trying to get someone to speak to through their chat support for 3 weeks now and no response! I contacted them through an email I found, also on Facebook and Instagram, no response either!!!

I could not get my cookies delivered because i apparently live too far away? What a bad excuse for being lazy.

I am incredibly disappointed by my experience at the Crystal Lake location on Saturday between 1:00 PM and 2:15 PM.First, the technology failed. The app showed almost zero cookie availability at 1:00 PM. When we arrived at 2:00 PM, the in-store ordering kiosks were lagging severely—tapping a button didn't register, and then it suddenly jumped to an order of 8 cookies instead of 1. The screen also erroneously claimed they were completely out of the two weekly specials (Crème Brûlée and Cannoli).Second, the staff behavior was shocking. Two employees (a blonde girl and a dark-haired girl) completely ignored my son, another customer, and myself. The dark-haired employee looked directly at us 10 times over 5 minutes while we stood at the counter, never once greeting us. She then whispered to the blonde employee, and they both looked at us and giggled. When the blonde employee finally came over, she treated us like a massive inconvenience, rolled her eyes multiple times, and used irritated industry jargon ("selling them in") when I asked for clarification because I couldn't hear her. When handed my box, my "thank you" was met with a dismissive "Uh huh" as she turned away.To top it off, the cookies were a complete waste of a premium price. Every single cookie we tried to eat completely fell apart, mimicking the texture of raw, unfinished dough. It ruined what was supposed to be a nice Saturday treat. I bought local Italian cookies at the Farmers Market earlier that day that were far cheaper and infinitely better. I will not be back

The customer service at the Houma, Louisiana location was absolutely terrible. The woman in front of us was visibly upset about how long she waited for her order as well. The kids ordered each 3 cookies that are already made. It took the three people behind the counter over 20 min to put 6 cookies in 2 boxes. Im pretty sure this is a common occurrence at that place.

Producing a drink called "Gaza" and dyeing it read, rediculing the active genocide is beyond deplorable. Horrible company

First, I decided to give my daughter a surprise and using crumbles website placed an order to be delivered this morning. I am in Nevada, she is in Dallas. (75206).

The order was supposed to be delivered around 9:00a-10:00a this morning. I <<<< received texts with the status of the Door Dash driver and after 6 more messages the driver indicated that it was delivered!

After waiting 5 or more HOURS to hear back from my daughter about her EXCITING SURPRISE... guess what NO COOKIES! "Good Job crumble"

Its ridiculous that crumble does not take the RECEIVING PARTIES phone number or contact info and your "driver" is calling ME and I am 200 miles away...

I cannot even locate the store that was supposedly sending the cookies on your website. I had to CALL AROUND till I found the correct one.
The employees at the "other stores" had NO INFORMATION at all. Just... uhhhh send an email.
Finally, I found the correct store... and you know WHY it WASN'T DELIVERED... Door Dash says "their driver SPEAKS SPANISH and might not have understood the directions" However, they are willing to redeliver!.
As you can tell I'm pissed! This is not the first time... FIX YOUR WEBSITE or ENTIRE PLATFORM... its stupid to give the person ordering the cookies with delivery issues... FLOWER COMPANIES have been figuring this out for CENTURIES.

Crumble did a GREAT JOB TODAY of taking a fun surprise and TOTALLY MESSING THIS UP!

I purchased a 6 pack of large cookies at Crumbl Cookies. The price on the TV screen showed $19.59. When employee rang up on register it was $24.49. When I brought to there attention, I was told there was nothing they could do. I spoke to Cailin at the store, she stated that corporate cancelled the promotion so it was not their fault. I had "corporate" on the computer and "Carissa" said that because these are franchises there was nothing they could do. No one will take ownership of this error and obviously no one cares to make it right. Will NEVER go back.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Crumbl Cookies. The cookies we received were not baked properly they were underbaked and did not meet the quality I expected. In addition, the associates were unprofessional and did not handle our concerns appropriately. We purchased a 6-pack of cookies, but the overall quality and customer service were unacceptable. I hope the store improves its baking standards and provides better customer service in the future.

I had a gift card for Crumbl. We bought 2 cookies. A just average chocolate chip cookie and a funnel cake cookie that just tasted like a plain sugar cookie. For $9 - two cookies - ridiculous. Kroger is cheaper and better

The staff at the Hwy 141 location seem to hate their jobs. They appear irritated that they have to provide customer service. Very unfriendly!!

I made a $42.99 in-store purchase on June 4, 2026, logged into my account on my phone at the time of transaction. My Order History confirms the purchase. Zero points were awarded — despite full documented proof and following every program rule.

I contacted customer service via email to resolve it. The response was dismissive, sarcastic, and rude. Rather than address the issue, they told me to use the chat function. I opened a chat. No one ever responded — not in one hour, not in six hours. Six hours.

I then tried calling the 844 number widely listed online as Crumbl's customer service line. I called it three times. Each time I was told it is an internet company — not Crumbl — that simply receives misdirected Crumbl calls all day long. That number has nothing to do with Crumbl. Customers searching for help are being routed to a dead end and no one at Crumbl has bothered to correct it.

This is a loyalty program that takes your money, fails to award the points you earned, then stonewalls you through every support channel they offer. Email is staffed by rude agents who deflect. Chat is an empty room. The phone number is a fiction. Customer service email is rude and says nothing they can do only see chat for points.

A company that is operationally broken and service-challenged at the same time is not a company that survives long. You cannot run a loyalty program in bad faith and expect customers to keep coming back. I won't be.

I only went to crumblcookie for the milk chocolate chip cookie, it was the best I had ever had. Now they don't make that anymore, you get one that has milk and dark chips together. I hate dark chocolate so they just lost me as a customer!. Don't change what is already great!

You have to be a millionaire to shop at Crumbl cookies because their cookies are so expensive and their brand items too. But it’s a shame that the cookies are so good that you wanted to buy more and their brand items in their store. I love Crumbl cookies keep up the good work❤️😍🥰😋

I was placing an order via the app and it basically forces you to tip - $5, $7, $9, or other were the options. I could choose other and enter $0, but that puts me in an uncomfortable position since you’ve created this situation where your employees expect and likely rely on these tips. PAY A LIVABLE WAGE! Stop using your customers to supplement your payroll and increase your profits. Your greed is out of control.

I canceled my order and deleted the app.

Buyer Beware! I just ordered your box of 24 cookies that you are selling for $9.97 that won't sell because of imperfections. My bank stepped in and told me of a charge of $99.00 and another one for $30.00. In a fraudulent try to claim I joined their prescription. I find that I will be sharing this to warn people of your crumbl "ass" cookies.
