Don't deserve a star and I can't put the truth on because it keeps getting removed. Trust pilot protecting criminals!!!

Finally got our money back... Absolutely disgusted with this company!!

We were ripped off £2400 and then completely ignored. Phone calls unanswered, messages not returned, emails going nowhere for months of chasing with zero accountability. Once they had our money, they clearly had no interest in us whatsoever.

What finally forced action was tracking down their actual office address through a member of staff. When we went there in person, we came face to face with the people behind this whole mess. Only then did things suddenly start moving.

Through cooperation from a staff member, we were able to identify who was actually responsible for taking our money, an innocent looking young chap (THIEF). We issued legal proceedings against the owner (THIEF), and unsurprisingly, once that happened, our money was returned.

That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this company operates.

If you’re thinking of using them, then don’t. And if you’ve already been taken for a ride and are struggling to get your money back, you’re not alone. It is possible to recover it.

Proceed with extreme caution!!!

We are in a terrible position with this sham company we paid £1150 deposit and they then wanted more money into some random account and we refused they have threatened us with prosecution and refused a refund they are complete sharks!! Avoid at all costs!

Terrible experience. Traumatised. Do not use this company. Poor quality windows, poorly fitted. Workman , come late in the day. Remove your windows and leave them in place with foam over night and one bracket. Felt scared and intimidated to make payments. At first I was told ‘pay of completion’ total lie. They insist on large payments throughout the process otherwise they won’t return. No land line to speak to people. If you try and complain, they ‘ghost’ you. This is my second review. They had my first review removed. We know of other family’s who have been scammed. Avoid , avoid , avoid !! Go with a company that has been recommended by a friend or family member. We have learnt the hard way.

Had a cold call from this company, quite abrupt when I told them I wasn’t interested and asked them where they got my number from, they immediately hung up.

Promise one thing and do another, had a contract for triple glazing, they then “lost that contract“ and fitted double glazing which are too small and then covered the gaps in trim, promised me a door to make up the value of the contract. But over 6 months later is still not fitted it and now my windows are leaking. The windows are that small you can see the gap through to the outside, I’m not an expert but you shouldn’t have to use towels to pack your windows to stop the wind coming in (see photos). I had the get the bank involved to try to resolve this. If you do decide to go ahead with them, get proof of everything and cover your back. Terrible experience.

Well I’ve given this company plenty of time now to resolve the work they haven’t completed to no avail so here goes!
We booked for our windows (full house) to be fit on Thursday 15th October. They finally turned up to do the job at 11-30! They said it would take up to 2 days to complete the job!but after the second day of completion we were left with 2 windows still to be fitted and the sealant etc on all upstairs windows to be done! All the glass and rubbish were left outside the downstairs window front and back and they had left 2 window frames on our extension roof!! My brother had to get up on the roof and remove them!!
We were told he would be back out on the Sunday to finish it! He came but didn’t do the windows! He just cleared 3 bucket fulls of glass etc then went!
After numerous emails regarding removing the glass etc, we were ignored! So we had to get a skip and remove it ourselves!! We have pets as well so it needed to be removed!
The 2 windows finally got fitted but they didn’t seal it inside or outside of the back windows upstairs! Again a job my brother had to complete!!
And to this day we are still waiting on the keys and the end caps and a window to be sealed on the outside!!!!
This company is an absolute joke, and a disgrace! They don’t reply to emails. So after weeks of trying to get the job completed to no avail I am now going to trading standards.
I would advise to STAY CLEAR of this company if you are wanting windows fitted and the job to be done right!! The worst company I have come across!!!!!

I’m very happy. I had the front of my house done first. After the team explained how the new windows would improve the energy efficiency of my home, I decided to go ahead. Switching from old wooden single-glazed windows to PVC double glazing has already saved me money! As I promised, I wanted to leave a review once I started noticing the savings — and I definitely have. I’m looking forward to enjoying a warm and cozy Christmas this year, thanks to your amazing team!

Where do I start if I could give it 0 star I would a shambolic of a company to have work done they didn’t take away there rubbish was left with all the glass I even had to finish there job off on the inside off the windows hadn’t sealed them no keys for windows joke off a so called company

I paid as requested from our agreement, they walked away as soon as they could, once they did all calls were ignored, all emails ignored! Six weeks of silence then they feel they have a legal right to offer to fix issues and continue with more destruction- this is not deemed a fair amount of time so their legal right to resolve the issues they have caused has passed!
Full of promise but to no result, I have been told by 4 different representatives that the initial agreement that was removed after signature would be sent to me - this was signed in April but they still have not sent it !!

Just returning a review(they had trust pilot remove my review)We had windows fitted by this company, Who sold us them on a buy back scheme, old windows still on drive 3 weeks later, Upstairs windows should have been easy clean( all wrong hinges fitted) Small bedroom should have had fire window fitted(normal hinges)5 panes of glass marked and needed replacing.After getting in touch with them was told it would be sorted, but women I spoke to stopped taking calls and then blocked me,Got in touch with another man who sent somebody out to look at glass( this was in May)he told me it was on van ready for fitting when we come off holiday first week in June(still waiting) PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I honestly don’t even know where to start — I am absolutely over the moon with my new composite doors! It’s been years that I’ve been wanting to get them done, but it felt like one of those things that was always on the list and never quite happened. I must have had half a dozen different companies come round over the years, all quoting completely different prices, promising the world, and somehow never giving me that confidence to go ahead. Either the prices were ridiculous, or the designs weren’t right, or the service just didn’t feel genuine.

Then I came across these guys, and from the very first moment I spoke to them, I just had a really good feeling. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful — not pushy like so many others. They explained everything clearly, gave me proper advice rather than a sales pitch, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. And when I saw the quality of their doors, I knew straight away that this was the one.

The price was very reasonable — not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either — and honestly, now that I’ve seen the final result, I can say it’s been worth every single penny. The quality is outstanding, the finish is flawless, and the difference it’s made to my home is unbelievable. You can feel the sturdiness, the insulation is amazing, and the doors just look beautiful. It’s one of those purchases where every time I walk up to my house, I still smile and think, “why didn’t I do this sooner?”

The installation team were fantastic too — punctual, tidy, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They didn’t rush a single thing, made sure every little detail was perfect, and left everything spotless. You can really tell when a company actually cares about the job rather than just trying to get it done and move on.

From start to finish, the whole process was completely stress-free, which is so rare these days. Communication was excellent all the way through — I was kept updated, they turned up exactly when they said they would, and they delivered on every promise.

I’ve already recommended them to my sister (who’s now looking to get her doors done too!) and I’ve got no doubt there’ll be plenty more people I’ll be sending their way. When you find a company that genuinely delivers quality products and exceptional service, it’s worth shouting about.

So to the whole team — thank you so much. You’ve been brilliant from start to finish. I absolutely love my new composite doors, and I couldn’t be happier. If anyone out there is still searching, hesitating, or comparing quotes like I was — stop wasting time and just go with these guys. You won’t regret it!

I paid £5,600 to this company for window installation. The outcome was not only defective but dangerous, and their conduct raises serious legal concerns.

Breach of Contract & Substandard Work

• 4 of 7 windows supplied were the wrong size and fitted incorrectly.

• The bay window was undersized, crooked, and left with gaps.

• Finishing was incomplete, leaving my property unsafe and unsealed.

Coercion & Unsafe Conduct

The installers removed and withheld glass panes (bay window and 3 upstairs bedrooms) and refused to reinstall them until full payment was made. This left my home exposed. Such conduct was coercive, abusive, and, in my view, potentially unlawful.

Refusal to Remedy

When I attempted to communicate, they insisted on “email only.” I complied, but they have since ignored me entirely. This shows bad faith and wilful neglect of their obligations.

Legal Breach

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. This duty has been flagrantly breached. I believe money was taken under false pretences, defective work was delivered, and my property was left in an unsafe condition.

Action Being Taken

I am taking this further through the proper channels and will ensure the company is held responsible for the defective work and their unacceptable behaviour.

Warning to Others

Crystal Renovation / Future Glazing, in my view, acted in a coercive, unsafe, and unlawful manner. I am not alone others have also reported serious issues with the quality of their workmanship. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your property, your safety, or your money.

I hired this company for a construction job and had a very frustrating experience. The quality of work was far below what was promised — sloppy finishing, clear shortcuts taken, and several issues left unresolved. Despite bringing this up multiple times, they refused to take responsibility or fix the problems.

What’s worse, when I asked for a partial refund for the unfinished and poor-quality work, they flatly refused and stopped responding altogether. No accountability, no professionalism.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before hiring this company. In my experience, they overpromise and underdeliver — and once they’ve been paid, they’re not interested in providing proper service or aftercare.
