The booking process was very easy with Crystal. Can’t review the trip yet as it’s in Jan 2026 but I know we have booked a very good value holiday for our favourite resort in the Alps.

changing trip was done in 3 minutes after booking ski saturday, got it changed on tuesday morn after easter

Great resort, reps very helpful, communicated all the info we needed, accommodation was as advertised. Crystalski.ie were very good at keeping us informed, giving us options and managing the problem which had been identified several days prior to departure. Very impressed by them and will certainly use and recommend them.

Just booked a gang of 28 for next year and took quite a bit of over and back as there weren't enough rooms in most hotels and then trying to juggle dietary restrictions complicated things but crystal staff were very patient and review numerous requests for changes and prices. I always book with crystal, very good at what they do

Lovely third ski holiday with Crystal this season. Easy to book, no hassle at airport checkins -dublin team allowed us check our 10kg boot bags too which was great. Welcome teams at arrivals despatched us to our beautiful coaches for transfers. Helpful resort staff who did not intrude but were there when needed. Hotel pics accurately displayed what we experienced. Already booked for next season.

Been to Andorra twice this year with Crystal Ski. Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy booking online. Good discount when booking entire ski bundle. Easy to use app. Flights, transfers and rep service in general, all very efficient and helpful. Great choice of accommodation according to customers needs. I shopped around in January and found Crystal offered the best value and seemless service. A great one stop shop for your ski holiday! Will definitely be booking with Crystal again next year!

Very good experience with Crystal Ski. Package deals are easy to arrange and there is support through the journey/trip there and back if you need it. Didn't have to carry baggage long distances and the whole experience was as described. We went o Sauze d'Olux and the town has good eateries and pubs to entertain enough evenings for the week. Half board menu was accommodated in a nice restaurant which made the experience great.

I’m enjoyable holiday overall with just a few things that could be improved. Booking and the transfer and the flight and the accommodation were all as expected and everything was quite easy. The issue I had was with the ski school. My daughter was in lessons with an instructor who was very poor and didn’t offer the children any real instruction and seemed completely uninterested in the kids. All of the kids in the group complained about her to all of the parents. I did mention it to one of the Crystal ski reps. I would be hesitant to return to this resort as a result. Another issue I had was with our balcony door which wouldn’t shut properly. I did mention this at the hotel reception, but it was not fixed.

I have gone on many ski holiday with crystal ski and found it to be simple to book.fairly priced.always recommend to pre book lift pass,hire and lessons in advance to reduce stress. Check hotels on review site. In resort reps are in valuable if you have any issue and good for local knowledge regarding slope or town already looking to book for next yer
