My 13 year old daughter had to do her RSA for her new cafe job. She had no trouble reading and understanding the content and my husband had fun being the customer for the filmed role plays. Once she finished she had her coursework marked and her certificate was emailed within the indicated timeframe. I have no hesitations in recommending this course.

I pay my fees but trying to do the the food safety supervisor course is nearly imposible for me .I try to dounload the ap you recomended , no luck . Why don't you just email me a form with the exam ? I will fill it up and submited .I am 68 years old and not very good with computers . Regards Thomas .

I learnt a great deal about RSA. Content was well detailed and the scenario videos showed great examples. Test results and video role play submissions were marked quickly and certificate was issued with expedience. Highly recommend CTA.

I am currently undertaking the RSA course online. I have finished the modules and am still waiting on the marking of my assessments before I can proceed to the end.
I have found the course easy to follow and understand.

I did the RSA online course. I found it to be very comprehensive and detailed. Valuable information contained within the course, can absolutely recommend CTA Training for their RSA course!

Whilst this course was intense. The questions were clear. The content useful and the marking system propt and fair. Very satisfied with my experience.

Coming from the uk and not experiencing poki's as you guys do, for me it was mind blowing. With that said, Nicole my tutor was very understanding and patient with me.
Eventually I passed both part 1 and part 2.
I would highly recommend this company.

I signed up for the online course because I needed it done online. Now my course is waiting for practical assessment where I have to find a food venue to prove I have done the theory. I didn't know I needed to spend my time on trying to find a food venue to do the practical assessment. The whole reason for me choosing an online course is that is done fully online without me needing to waste more time offline. I do not work in food business currently but have worked previously many years ago and did my food certificate online fully then. Now when I need a food certificate to start a new business, I need to find a friend who works in food business which I do not have or volunteer....I did all the online assignments so I think I have done enough to get the certificate but now I have paid out money with no certificate because I have no time to go and volunteer nor have I got a friend who works in food business. If you advertise online course, I expect the entire course to be online not having to go finding someone who can assess your skills.

Compared to doing both courses back in 1999 with a few multiple choices to answer as a group at the end of the class with guaranteed pass for showing up to the course, I was surprised how detailed and comprehensive both courses has evolved. The online trainer was probably in my age bracket and I could really relate to the good old day stories of running a pub which may of been why the courses evolved. I am glad to do the online option rather then attend a class in person even though I was personally challenged with the many multiple choices questions, essay written answers and doing the video skits. The support was really good, CTA delivered both complex courses in a way to train you to be thorough and I would recommend doing the online options through CTA. It was a pleasure. Thankyou

I finished two courses with CTA. A couple of questions weren't that clear, and one question took me 8 attempts because it was very vague. Otherwise it was good.

I am completing my RCG and RSA with CTA online Training. It has been positive and stress free and participating online is straight forward with no challenges.
The course material is comprehensive and easily understood. The trainers and support staff are professional and friendly.
