Pessima esperienza. Comprato sul loro sito e mi è arrivato il prodotto diverso da quanto fosse promesso da loro e dalle loro recensioni, senza contare che la consegna doveva essere fatta massimo entro 12 giorni lavorativi e mi è arrivata dopo un mese e mezzo. Li ho contattati, mi hanno detto che si scusavano e provavano a risolvere il problema. Situazione attuale: ho già mandato diverse mail per sollecitare dopo la truffa subita, non mi hanno dato risposte e hanno tolto il prodotto dal loro sito e modificato i termini di autenticità del prodotto (rimangono ancora le recensioni che dicono che la qualità è del prodotto originale e non uno di pessima qualità).
IN POCHE PAROLE NON FIDATEVI DI QUESTO SITO E NON FATEVI FREGARE COME È SUCCESSO A ME!

Tried to order a labubu in June, and the tracking link stopped showing any updates since 21th June, weeks later I contact them with my concern, they asked me to be patient. Weeks later I contact them again, asking for a refund cuz' I didn't believe in the order would ever arrive (still no updates on tracking link) - they put my case on hold - I email them again, and they just asked me to patient again... And so on.

Now it's the end of August, still no order showed up - and I don't think it ever will. Probably no hope for getting a refund or the labubu to even be legit, when I read the other reviews here...

Stay far away from this company. Should be illegal to cheat customers like this.

Terrible company, they sell fake items. I received my order and it was not a genuine product AVOID THIS COMPANY do not order from them. I have been in contact for months to request a refund and they will send you round in circles. AVOID

Ordered two labubus, took ages to come more than 2 weeks, email them the day after I ordered to have the order cancelled and they said it’s too late, the Labubu came and they are fake, big scammers, do not recommend ordering anything from them

I was also scammed by them and they won’t answer my emails will be going through my bank and on top of that , they took the product down from their website

Rubbish company to deal with, I ordered 6 labubu things took 3 weeks to arrive when they said delivery would be 5-7 days. Tried to cancel my order after week 2 but they wouldn’t cancel it. Once they arrived 3 of the toys were missing hands and feet (not in the box/bag either) asked for a refund which when I found the link to return them it didn’t work. Avoid this company they are SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Awful. Totally fake. They scammed me of £30 and now say no refund given. Stear clear of this website!

WHAT A SCAM!!! Ordered 3 boxes of labubus (3 sets of 6 blindboxes) only to receive 1 single box filled with lafufus (fake ones). I tried to cancel my order before it arrived, but they wouldn’t let me. Tried to send it back, but that’s not an option either as the customer service doesn’t reply any longer… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!

Labubus are fake! Shocking quality even though they claim they are genuine. These deffo aren’t genuine. No qr code, wrong colour, wonky eye. The list goes one. Avoid at all costs. They also just ignore you if you complain, so it’s easier just to get your money back through the bank.

Scammers, as others have said, ordered over a month ago, despite numerous emails to the company requesting a refund, they ignore the request and try to give excuses for non delivery, Tracking App evidences non delivery. Do not waste your money, non existent customer service, impossible to gain a telephone number to communicate in person,

This website was recommended to me by a family member as my brothers girlfriend wanted one and I said that I would buy one on his behalf as I was also interested in them. Nearly 4 weeks later as well as my parcel somehow ending back up at [hkg] moments after officially landing in the uk (one of my many issues. but l am only here to talk about the labubus (lafufus))my neighbour received the box. With me not getting any emails or communication about the box being delivered which is very dodgy in my opinion as they could've easily stolen it with the tracking still saying that it is "in transit to the next facility". Fast forward and we've opened the box to find that none of the markings on a real labubu box was there, me being confused opened the box as I thought it could be a printing error, I googled all of the signs of them being fake and it turns out that none of the boxes within the bigger box had the symbols and markings that it's meant to have e.g. the monsters logo on top of the box, a holographic ar code sticker, very weird copy and pasted blurry images.
Onto the labubus themselves. I don't even know where to begin. They feel very very cheap, one of the labubus labels is somehow connected to its other leg, it doesn't have the ar code it's meant to either, one of their heads decided to pop off right as we opened the box (nearly headless nickbubu), one of their smiles is elongated on one side (I think he may be having a stroke), the teeth are either not aligned or too big for the imprinting, the painting is coming off and one of their eyes nearly popped right out of its skull (not a very pretty sight).
Considering I paid over £100 on them I would have thought that they would have at least tried to disguise the fakeness a bit better. The reviews looked great but from personal experience I will not be buying from here again which is sad as I was about to buy the macaron series of labubus.

Fake labubu don’t recommend

Dont buy from them! I spent 65 pounds on 2 labubus and both are really bad fakes, I've spend less on fakes I knew I was buying and they were better. took weeks to arrive, I should have avoided them!

Fake products, received damaged item, no process provided for return or refund after multiple attempts at communication

Order took over a month to arrive. Tried to cancel the order the same day it was placed. Sent multiple messages to them and heard nothing back. When order did finally arrive, the items were fake. 2 fake labubus for £70. Absolute joke. Could get them for a tenner at a car boot sale. Don’t get conned.

After worrying reviews and a month of waiting for a delivery apparently for Munich, which then changed to China I can say this site is a scam as my order has not arrived and the company does not respond.

Purchased the labubu blind box set one night, woke up the next day & tried to cancel, they emailed me back telling me there’s a “cancel” option on the order page (shocker-there wasn’t) and they wouldn’t manually cancel it for me. Super shady. Then 4 weeks pass and I get my package completely destroyed. Open up 6 FAKE LABUBUS. (Again, another shocker) they are a complete SCAM!! Buyer beware. I want a refund. I want this company to pay for scamming people.
