I placed an order in June 2025 and, one year later, it has still not been shipped.

I have followed up multiple times and formally requested a refund in January 2025. Despite this, I have only received vague responses saying they are “checking with the team”, with no resolution.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. At this point, this is clearly a failure to supply and failure to refund.

I would strongly caution others before ordering.

I got a free signed by the artist edition of Stuart Semple's pink pigment. I like his work he is also free. Everything is freeing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR. I placed an order in early May of 2025 and never received it. I emailed many times over the course of about 9 months and got only AI generated replies. There appears to be no customer service department. Request a charge back through your credit card or bank as soon as possible since you will be unable to contact a real person at Culture Hustle to get a refund.

Excellent product, service and speedy delivery. Thank you.

Great service and prompt shipping as requested. Product was fantastic and after applied to work, received lots of compliments and interest

Ordered pinkest pink. And it's certainly pink

Unique materials that I’ve yet to find anywhere else! I tried having a local paint company match something which I started with the Ultra black and non of the people had any clue! That was pretty cool

Product as described and good shipping times

Culture Hustle is my favourite paint supplier, I love every single item I have bought from them, and I now have a special shelf in my studio reserved for Culture Hustle paints only!

Best colours in the world and fighting capitalism. What more could you want?

Sublime cutting edge products, that don’t break the bank, and that do exactly what they say on the tin…

Able to use a range of stolen and unique colours

P.S. I am not Anish Kapoor

Superb range and value, cutting edge materials, unique in many cases (i.e. Lit phosphorescent pigments).

Really easy to use shop and the materials I ordered were great quality, shipping was fast too.

I absolutely love the products and have been able to make so many different things with all the pigment powders and the watercolours are beautiful.

Amazing materials and mission. My purchase arrived well before advertised in perfect condition. I have also become dependent on the pinkest pink dry pigment, 100% would recommend

Inventive great colours. Unfortunately no oil paint. Not always as black as claimed but always fun and supportive mission for artists
