Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff . I am not computer savvy but having been made aware of this a very nice lady rang me regularly to make sure things were going smoothly. This gave me confidence and I was able to ring her if I needed
I have an amazing lady looking after my father who is 100. She has the patience of a saint and we all love her because she is so kind to him even though there are difficult situations for her at times. He was in hospital last summer and the consultant told me his body was closing down and I must prepare myself for the worst so I requested he be returned home as he has a full time live in carer. This wonderful lady, Iris, has brought him back to life . She is always cheerful, positive and helpful. No one could have done more than she is doing and I thank God every day that she has come into our lives.

Care for my father during the festive season
My Dad, who is 90, was fortunate to use the services of Curam Care during the festive season. Gerald, our carer, was wonderful.
His attention to detail with my Dad’s care was excellent. I would most definitely recommend the company.

Great care
We have now had two carers from this company . Both have been great . The one at the moment is excellent, and we have had no hesitation to leave my mother-in-law in such good , capable hands . Dealing with the company has also been brilliant. We gave needed care , quite last minute at one point , and there were people available . Talking with the headquarters has been great too , and have been helpful in advising on different issues as we move forward looking after someone in our home. From the care company's that we tried to get hold of, this company were the only ones that were easy to use and quite reasonable in terms of prices etc .
I don't think we will be looking anywhere else for help if and when we need it again .

Excellent experience
From the start dealing with Curam has been easy despite my initial reservations of doing everything remotely. I was able to find out about a possible carer living near my Mum, we exchanged some messages then chatted on the phone before arranging a face to face meeting with Mum and she agreed to have support. One month on, Mum is very pleased with carer Sally “really likes her” and it’s great to see a positive relationship building as Mum maintains her dependence with a bit of help where needed.The invoicing is done via email and I pay in advance to Curam when the session is agreed. After it’s taken place I’m asked to confirm. I’m delighted with both the system and carer.
