Great service and very quick shipping. At a time when paper was running low, they were able to get my Kraft paper that I wanted. I would definitely use them again.

I had ordered multiple boxes from this company and the sale rep I've been working with was very patient while designing my boxes. Not to mention the prices are reasonable compared to other companies I used to work with. I will be ordering more from this company.

One of the worst company to deal with, the shipment came from Lahore Pakistan and they claimed to be in USA. All boxes were badly damaged and misprinted with glue spots, Lamination was peeling off and fingerprints and scratches all over the surface, i asked for return the same day and never heard from them. They stop picking up my calls i left too many voice notes and emails but no response yet. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they send you one of the worst product ever.

I'd like to say that my experience with Custom Box Hub was excellent. Packaging Consultant, Anna Smith, was prompt & professional in her reply to my request for a quote on counter display boxes. Anna was easy to work with in having her art department create die lines for the project - the proof arrived quickly and they even sent a video to show the proposed project from all angles. When the boxes arrived, they fit the desired number of our 2oz bottles perfectly. Print was sharp and clear and the boxes were easy to set up for display using the perforated pop up top. Pricing was very reasonable, too! That said, I would definitely use Custom Box Hub for future projects - in fact I'm about to ask for a quote on packaging for a different product! - Pro Image International

Is it normal that they ask for your credit card information via email? Is it possible their emails system could get hacked? Just want to make sure it’s safe. Up to this point it seems legit I am just making sure I didn’t just make a mistake

This box place is a scam. They told me production will be 10-14 days. 6 weeks later, still no boxes and everyone is giving me the run around. No one will tell me the status or even the tracking number as they *say* it shipped, but they don’t have a tracking number. This was a $4,000 order. I am loosing hundreds on purchase orders because multiple businesses were awaiting my boxes to fulfill their orders.

Good luck trying to find anyone to help you. They were great customer service before my order was placed, but after they dodged my emails and calls. And after 6 weeks, no one can still tell me where my boxes are.

Max was an absolute pleasure to work with and had amazing customer service. I am beyond happy with the finished product. CBH will definitely be my go-to moving forward for all packaging printing needs. Thank you Max and CBH!

I had an overall good experience with Custom Box Hub. They were quick from beginning to end and I am happy with my soap boxes. My only complaint and issue I had was it really seemed so rushed. Luckily my design was simple but from beginning to end I felt rushed to provide designs, approve what was sent and never got any professional suggestions or comments. This is something that I've come to expect from professionals in having something custom made. An example would have been to have a sample printed in-house and real photos taken of it instead of mocked up. Or requesting that I confirm the dimensions of my product to ensure they fit well in the box. That being said, the product is exactly what I approved and was done quickly including shipping.

I had a great experience with this company. I am a start up fragrance company. Our first order were boxes for our perfume and the second were folder that the fragrance samples slide into. Their rep, Sara, guided me the whole way and helped me with the second order as well. Thank you guys!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered boxes in Oct. 2019 4 simple designs.

It took 3 months to receive the boxes. Once they arrived, I found out that they were incorrect. Jeff, their employee told me "we missed a step in production"

I requested a refund at that point in return they told me that they'll honor a refund if I paid to ship the useless boxes back.

Instead, I gave them another try. We're In April now and I still haven't received a single box from them and they refuse to refund me.

I have dealt with 6 people over the past 6 months and every time someone leaves their company i need to explain the whole scenario again!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Excellent, accommodating and very responsive service! They are very helpful with artwork and revisions are virtually unlimited. The prices are very competitive, the products are impressive and arrive right on schedule (6-8 working days)! I am very happy with my experience with CBH and will certainly use them in the future!
