Very happy with the final product
Custom Boxes Hub has been easy to work with for the whole process, from picking materials, communication and how quickly the final product was shipped.
I will being using them going forward for other projects and I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about these guys.
Can't say enough about these guys. We had a unique folder design that was different than their usual boxes. Both Sara and Sam communicated with us repeatedly to make sure it was just want we envisioned. Color matching was right on point and they were still more competitive cost-wise that others we researched.

Very fast
Very fast, quick response. My first order, I had boxes ordered and ready for production within minutes. In the past, I've only ordered online. I wasn't able to ask questions. I ordered through the online chat, I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and gain much more insight into box ordering. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, very responsive, quick turn around on production and modification requests. Great pricing and a quality product in the end. Sales team is very knowledgeable and helped to answer all my questions about which materials to use, etc. I would highly recommend CBH.

I absolutely loved working with this company!! I had a very tight turnaround time and they were about to produced beautiful boxes on time for me! Nathan, who I worked with answered all of my questions and was extremely fast to respond to all of my emails!!

Highly Recommended
We placed an order of custom Kraft boxes with Customboxeshub two weeks ago and it was so smooth process of ordering and connecting with the customer support. Nathan and Sara was so professional and helpful and she delivered exceptional knowledge about the custom options of Kraft boxes. We were so relaxed after our sale rep maintained our all order.

These guys are quick turn
These guys are quick turn, and quality oriented. I receive lots of extra help that I don't always feel like they would have to. We do lots of boxes, and need new die lines on the regular, Custom Boxes makes it easy with great support, and emails are always answered promptly.
