Whilst the new Karoq is excellent the purchase process was not. It was not possible to see the car before I bought it so purchased unseen. There were 3 unwanted extras that Citigate had added to the invoice. Tyre and Wheel maintenance plan, Cosmetic etc and Ceramic Paint. The online purchase was too complicated, and the handover at 5.30pm was too late to understand enough of the tech. When the car was delivered the front wiper had no rubber blade and could have damaged the screen and the clock was not set to time, the sales person said that wasn’t her responsibility! This is my 5th Skoda and Hughes was the best retailer. Small is better!

Very good experience good sales manager and advisor, got good offer and price. Only one thing my opinion would have like the options of the extras either if I had to wait for factory 🚙. But overall very good
