We've had a physical presence in Rugby ever since our foundation in 1980, and in that time we've encountered pretty much every problem that can occur with central heating, air conditioning, and domestic appliances. We specialise in all aspects of heating and cooling, including boiler installation, servicing and repair, and air conditioning installation and maintenance. We can also install gas fires and full bathroom suites. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and…
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. The engineer arrived on time and was excellent at work and friendly. I have never had a problem with the company even the payment was easy. This is not always the case for me at the grand old age of 85!!!

Their service is very slow and expensive.
Our boiler wasn't working. They came very late. Even their office was closed. The engineer couldn't get a quote or part. so had to wait in the cold another day.
Also, they quoted a very high amount and 2 weeks time period. I got it fixed the same day for a third of their quote! Their service is very slow and expensive.

Custom heat installed Worcester boiler approximately 12 years ago. Still going strong! Yearly service, past 2 years by excellent Ruby. Have taken boiler cover past 2 years. Peace of mind for a reasonable price. We r lucky to have this 5 star company on our doorstep in Rugby
Would never consider going elsewhere. All engineers, fitters and office staff are the best you could find anywhere. Thankyou Custom Heat
