Its a lovely way to remember my special girl so I really appreciate the care taken to make it.

This company has horrible customer service. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. They ruined the paw prints I wanted made. I ordered a pendant necklace of my one dog with her name engraved and an additional pendant with my
Other dogs name engraved. They arrived without them being engraved. They claim that I will receive a replacement but I have yet to get any email saying it was shipped. I have asked for proof of the right paw print with the correct name of my pet on which print. No response. The customer service never responds to you. The ring that I spent $380 on in white gold is super tiny that you can barely see the paw print. They don’t show you this online. When I ordered this same ring 2 years ago it was double in size. I have been grieving over my lost friend and they have made this even worse. I am not sure how a company can treat people this way. It’s cruel and disheartening that they continue to treat people this way.

This was my second order and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

The product is nice but two things 1 - I had filled out the billing and shipping info but then went back to decide if I had chosen correctly and you sent a text to my daughter (the recipient) to push her into buying. It was supposed to be a surprise, so you ruined that. 2 - it took a really long time to arrive

Nothing like picture and try and make returns and negative feedback impossible.

I did not receive the bracelet I wanted. I ordered the smaller dainter heart bracelet from the website. I also specifically added in the notes that I wanted it like the picture they displayed of the dainty bracelet. Instead I received the larger heart pendant that I did not want, and was making sure I did not get. The bracelet I wanted was shown on the product I bought, but for some reason I was given the larger heart pendant.

So incredibly happy with my custom paw bracelet. The paw prints are perfect, such a beautiful keepsake for my two fur babies! Took about a month to arrive after ordering which was expected.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my bracelet, but the clasp doesn’t close all the way which has caused my bracelet to fall off a couple of times now. I’m too scared to wear it and will have to get it fixed elsewhere.

Really pleased with my silver bracelet. I don’t know why I wanted a cast of my boys paw but it was the absolute best thing to help me through my days alone. Brings me so much comfort.
