The quality and what you receive is beautiful, no complaints. The detail is great and the process is easy to complete. Only downside is the processing and delivery takes so long. If you want something quick, you must be patient with this item as they are done by hand as mentioned. Still love my pendants!

It took way longer than expected. Not great to give a bereavement gift so many months past the death of the pet.

The bracelet itself was great but the delay in production and shipping and the failure to communicate this was very disappointing. There was no mention anywhere that the lunar new year holiday would extend the lead time and when I reached out to the company they gave me another production window that was not met. So twice they failed to meet their promised shipping window. That being said, the item I ordered was great and my wife was very happy with it. That's the only reason this got a second star. Good product, but in my personal experience the customer service left much to be desired.

I ordered several items. I received two shipments and two other items have never arrived. The Yorkie ring is very cute. The ring with the girl hugging the dog looks nothing like the picture in the ad. Still waiting for a few items. ???

very tiny, and if you are ordering to give as a gift, you need to order 2 1/2 months ahead of time, it takes over 2 months to receive.

Such a beautiful special piece for my furbaby who is no longer with me! I absolutely love getting jewelry made from them it’s always a great experience and it always turns out BEAUTIFUL!!!

Took 2 months to get it. Low quality product. Expected better. If i had noticed it was made in china i would not have purchased.

Ich habe zum zweiten Mal bestellt und war wirklich sehr zufrieden bei der ersten Bestellung. Diesmal war es aber leider etwas enttäuschend. Erst nach zwei Kontaktaufnahmen und Nachfragen wurde die Bestellung überhaupt erst ausgeführt, nach mehr als einem Monat seit Bestelldatum. Als die Kette dann endlich kam, bemerkte ich, dass leider nicht auf meine Wünsche eingegangen wurde, die ich dazugeschrieben habe. Sie ist wieder sehr schön geworden, aber nicht wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe.

Honestly thought this website was amazing and legit.
Until I actually ordered and gave them my money's.
I'm still waiting on my order a month later, emailed asking for a UK customer service number to be told they don't have one so email is all they have.
Considering we're using this service to remember a loved pet which is hard enough to deal with, we now have a useless service that causes more stress.
I do not recommend at all.
Pay the extra and go with a reputable company in the UK.

My necklace was printed backwards and took upwards of 2 MONTHS to get to my house. When I reached out to customer service they answered, but were always vague.

Do not order from this company. Took over 8 weeks to get the item, it was delivered to a completely wrong address, and the rings weren’t even made in the right size so we can’t wear them. Customer service fought me for weeks refusing to give a full refund. Unreal.

Same as most customers experience, this is a fake website praying on the vulnerable whom have lost or loved a furry friend or gifting a meaningful memory or moment. False advertising claiming its made in Australia, again misleading customers for monetary value. Shame, shame, shame.

The necklace took well over 4 weeks to arrive.
The image quality is bad and you can hardly see my dogs face, plus her name is missing.
The company ignored all emails.

No contact, item in the world somewhere. Cannot get a reply from them or through shop app. Scam company have a strike against them on companies house. Money gone and no item.

I purchased a pet necklace on the 02/12/25 and it says on the product page that it takes 1 to 2 weeks for delivery but it took 4 weeks to come. They’re apparently a uk based company but the necklace came from china and the quality of the necklace is terrible, you cannot even make out the engraving of the pet and also they didn’t include the pets name as stated. I contacted them about the delivery as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and got no help at all from them. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company, there are far better companies out there after doing more research. I should have done more before I went with this company 👎
