Why have you not contacted us to inform us it has not arrived? I feel this is a very unfair review as we was not informed that it has not arrived and if we knew we would have been able to offer you a refund or replacement.

Quick and efficient
While the packaging was the worse for wear due to the weather on arrival, the item inside was protected in plastic and arrive quickly and undamaged.

Resposta da Cutouts and Collectables
Hi Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for informing us of the packaging. It is very frustrating that although the item was undamaged, the packaging was damaged due to the weather. We know couriers should take more care when they are delivering parcels but we know sometimes that damage can occur especially in bad weather. Thank you for informing us of this and we are glad you are happy with your purchase.
Beautiful personalised mug.
This is such a beautiful item.
A perfect Christmas Eve gift.
Very excited to gift it.
