We would like to just say thank you for the fantastic customer service that the your delivery driver provided yesterday
We are comparing it with an experience that we encountered several years ago with a different company. We are in our seventies with health difficulties preventing us from lifting and when the delivery of our new shed arrived the 2 van drivers refused to carry the sections from the front of our house into our rear garden. This caused us great difficulties and stress at the time.
We were concerned in case we experienced a similar problem when we ordered our Cyan bench as we were unsure how heavy it would be to carry it.
The delivery driver was fantastic and willingly took the bench from his van to the rear garden and asked where we would like it exactly positioned. What a difference and a great relief.
We were very grateful and it 's reassuring to know that some companies still value their customers.

2/ The quality of the “Balmoral Sturdy Teak Park Bench” is fantastic, It’s extremely solid and very well made… even surpassed my high expectations..

We needed a replacement bench for a communal garden in a block of self-managed flats. We didn't want self-assembly and wanted it delivered. After some research we opted for a Rose Garden Bench in Teak from Corido. We are delighted with the quality of the product, the service we received, the quick delivery and the courtesy, care - and driving skills(!) - of the delivery driver. We shall return when our next bench needs replacing.

A first class service, the Cyan office was very efficient in helping me place an order for a memorial bench and were very quick and prompt in organising delivery. Cyan`s delivery driver arrived bang on time and was very helpful in getting the bench to it`s place.

What can I say? The scheduling of the delivery and the actual delivery itself was very organised. The delivery man did an excellent job in putting together the table onsite. That was a year ago. Subsequently, I needed a couple of metal fittings replaced. The customer service team were superb in identifying the right pieces and dispatching them to me free of charge, as they were still within warranty. Overall a great experience of this company.

We bought a Rectangular Garden Parasol – 3 x 2m last year. We were pleased with it and after the summer took it down for the winter. Now trying to re-erect it we find problems. The "teak" wood of the pole has swollen sufficiently that we cannot slide the collar (?) up and accordingly the canopy will not open. On phoning Cyan Teak they had no suggestions.
This purchase was to replace an older parasol from another company where the canopy material had torn. The pole on that umbrella did not swell in the way that Cyan Teak's has. I do wonder if the wood is teak and if it has been fully seasoned before manufacture.

HAD A COMMEMORATIVE BENCH DELIVERED TO COLDWELLS HOUSE CARE HOME IN HEREFORD RECENTLYWHERE MY DEAR FATHER SPENT HIS LAST 4 YEARS. THE BENCH IS LOVELY AND SO WELL MADE AND DELIVERED ON TIME. WELL DONE CYAN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The delivery from Cyan was scheduled between 07.30 and 08.30 in North Devon, bearing in mind they are based in Surrey this was most welcome. I couldn't be on site to accept delivery unfortunately and the driver called to say they were at my property as promised. I "cheekily" asked if they wouldn't mind putting the chair on the patio for me and the chap sounded more than happy to do so - after having just spent 4-5 hours diving I reckon that was the last thing he needed. Service and attention to clients is what makes a company great - thank you Cyan, I would never hesitate to recommend you.
