Ordered some teak furniture protector to help maintain my garden table & chairs.
Items arrived super quickly & enabled me to get on and restrain it all.
I have always used this product each year, to avoid the furniture turning a natural grey colour, and have found it does the job perfectly.

Great bench! Looks fantastic. Solid, no wobbles or movement.
Easy to order & took it right round to where I wanted it in my back garden when they delivered. It’s a heavy bench!

I always thought that Cyan looked top of the range, and now that we have bought a table and chairs I can see that this company really is just that. The furniture is very well made and robust while being traditionally elegant.

We purchased a Full Set and Parasol…
We purchased a Full Set and Parasol last year for over £1300 believing this would be a wise decision to pay more, sadly we were wrong. The main set has been pretty good to be fair but the tilting parasol not so good. The connection between poles cross threaded which quite likely was caused by us but they noted a dent which we were unaware of and did not inflict which quite possibly contributed. Also the base pole has a very large vertical split in it after 18 months and being put away in storage from October to April! We have emailed several times and eventually do get a response, still not happy with that they offered to send a base part for £20 + carriage. No offer maybe of a replacement Parasol at cost price which would have restored some faith and cost them nothing!I raised a formal complaint and asked to speak to a Manager, no contact from the Manager just a message from the staff Member saying there is nothing else they can do. The pole is stuck in the base and cannot get it out due to the splitting and they do not seem bothered and now no response. This really is not acceptable that they are happy to charge premium prices but in no way offer a premium back up service, good if you can get away with hence this review as people need to be aware.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re pleased that you have been happy with the main furniture set, but we’re sorry that the parasol and the communication surrounding your complaint have left you disappointed.
When we assessed the issue, the parasol was outside its warranty period. The upper and lower poles had become cross-threaded, and a dent was visible near the mechanism, indicating possible impact damage. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to replace the complete parasol under warranty.
As a practical solution, we offered a replacement lower pole for £20 plus carriage, but we understand that this did not meet your expectations. We also apologise that you did not receive the requested call from a manager and that some of our responses took longer than they should have. Regardless of the warranty outcome, we should have communicated more promptly and clearly.
We remain happy to supply the replacement pole previously offered and assist with any guidance needed to remove the damaged part. Please contact us directly so we can help bring this matter to the best possible conclusion.
Fully assembled genius
I wanted to buy a solid teak armchair that I could leave outside in all weathers, to match a bench I bought 30 years ago which is till looking great. Many other companies have chairs which look ok but arrive as flatpacks. Cyan is one of the few that deliver furniture fully assembled with no unnecessary packaging. They have a great range of affordable furniture and I found an armchair with the same classic design as my bench. It is beautiful, made with great craftsmanship and very comfortable. It arrived quickly and I am delighted with the whole experience from browsing the website, to ordering, delivering and now lounging in my gorgeous armchair with a cuppa. Thanks to Cyan.

Quality and service excellent, so are the drivers.
Absolutely delighted with our banana bench when it arrived. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding and looks great in the garden. I left the bench to weather for the recommended couple of weeks and then prepared to use the protective oil, also bought from Cyan. When I turned the bench over to start from the underside I found a small crack on the framework. When I phoned Cyan they were so helpful and reassuring. Despite the time passed since delivery they replaced the bench without any hassle whatsoever. Very friendly drivers helped with placing this heavy bench at the back of the house. Excellent service, excellent after sales service and friendly helpful drivers.

If its good enough for the national trust…
We discovered Cyan by lying on a Teak Steamer at a national trust property. The metal plaque had Lindsey on it. We were so impressed with the comfort, quality and brass fittings.So I googled it. The Lindsey website showed orders were only available to the trade. But I sent an email asking if individuals could buy them. I was politely directed to the Cyan website. I really like the length of the steamers and the height of the back. Being tall I rarely find furniture a good length for me. I also ordered the teak protector as we wanted to keep the golden colour. The total cost meant we got free delivery. A very friendly chap delivered the furniture on the promised day in a Cyan van. This was really good personal service. We couldn't believe it when he said he'd come all the way from South London! I'd never looked to see where the company was based. We are so pleased with the steamers ( and the free picnic coffee table!). Just the ticket for the long hot summer days we've had - yes, even in the North of England for once! We would definitely recommend.

Cyan furniture is always true to their word. Ordering on line is easy and the delivery is fast. The products are excellent! I have bought from them over 5 years now several products ranging from tables, chairs, parasol to sun loungers.
