Excellent customer service and great quality furniture! I ordered a large parasol from Cyan and everything arrived quickly and is great quality. I had bought a slightly cheaper one from their returns stock, so it was missing the cover. When I enquired about this after seeing some fading on my canvass, they sent me a free replacement canvas and gave me a large discount off a separately bought cover. Delivery was free and prompt. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service I've received and I'll definitely come back to Cyan when I need something else. I'm very impressed!

When I was buying a bench for my school grounds to mark my retirement, i am so glad that I chose Cyan. They are a company that will go the extra mile, and their customer service was fantastic. I know that the school will get to enjoy it for years to come!

All through from ordering to delivering the company has been first rate. The driver who delivered the order took great care and was anxious that the bench was placed why I required it. He was polite.

I researched teal benches for several years, particularly bearing in mind a limited budget and wanting the best quality the former would allow.
There were several companies selling the sort of bench I wanted, but Cyan always suited most appropriately and a Cyan bench was the one I eventually ordered.
It arrived yesterday evening and was manhandled through the house to the garden by the most obliging driver and assistants had previously organised, all in a trice. I was very pleased with the whole episode; with the bench quality, appearance, price, et al, the delivery, and the competence evidenced by the head office staff. Many thanks all.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was dubious about ordering furniture ‘blind’ however the process was seamless. All phone calls were answered quickly and without any music & queuing!! The 2 teak banana benches and circular folding table are of excellent quality and were very well packaged. The items were delivered on the date specified and I was provided with a 1hr delivery slot. The driver arrived on time in the pouring rain and was extremely helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

Bought a Teak Buckingham Garden bench a few weeks ago. It has looked great but the last few days even although it's dried out from the rain it now has water staining marks all over it & looks a mess. We haven't put any sealant or anything on it, just left it as it was when it arrived as suggested in the ad.
Was a real hassle getting it delivered as they only deliver to certain areas on certain days...which were my 2 days I work away from home. They wanted me to ask my elderly neighbours to wait in for it and help the driver carry it in!!!! After an unnecessarily frustrating process they agreed to deliver on another day & I had to help carry a very heavy bench. Would be helpful if they put areas they deliver to on which days in their ad. then I would have ordered elsewhere.

I was delighted with the product itself - very well made, solid, and good looking. After a slight wobble with my internet order I rang the company and it was such a pleasant change to have my call answered by a real person, a very helpful lady who did my order for me. The delivery driver was also very helpful and offered to carry the (very heavy) item to where I wanted it to be.

Looking for a memorial bench for my late husband I found Cyan Teak online which offered a ready made sturdy bench and also included an inscribed plaque. Delivery was quick and the bench with fitted inscribed plaque was all I had hoped for and more. I would certainly recommend this company for quality, good service and prompt delivery.
