The helmet piece is absolutely amazing, the details are so good and they are so accurate with it, shipping was way faster than i thought aswell.

It's hit and miss. The armor pieces are quality, but a lot of the velcro and accessories they give you are pretty cheap quality. Don't think I'll buy here unless it's for a helmet alone.

My custom NCR Ranger helmet came out incredibly well, second time I’ve ordered from Cybercraft and the quality is top notch. They were very helpful and patient with the custom details and it came out beautifully! Thank you guys again!

Wurde alles nach meinen wünschen prodiziert. Hin und wieder kam mal ein Update was der aktuelle Stand sei. Ca. 6 wochen hat es gedauert von Bestellung bis Ankunft. Im groben und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Die Lack arbeiten haben kleine mankos aber fällt nicht auf wenn man nicht genau drauf achtet.

Recently purchased a Revan. A few days later at a local con I saw a competitors version for half price.... Theres a reason it was half the price as it was terrible!! The quality and design of Cyber Craft vs competitors isnt even close. Have bought 2 more helmets since. Sales team is great on working with you.

Bought 5 helmets from them so far. Good quality products. Helmets are lightweight and durable. Custom made paint jobs are amazing.

The initial communication was very helpful and direct leading to a well guided experience, ensuring my order was exactly to my specification.
When the order arrived it was extremely well packaged with no issues during transit. The quality of the armour in both the materials used and finish is outstanding, it feels like an official product but with the attention and care put into it of a custom commission.
I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend this team.

I ordered a custom painted helmet from CyberCraft and when I received it, it exceeded expectations. Communication through the ordering and custom requirements process for colors amd design was excellent. The creative staff did such an outstanding job. Packaging and shipping was great. This helmet was used for cosplay. The padding and lining inside made for comfortable wear. I highly recommend CyberCraft if you are going to get a helmet.

Ich habe am 12.03.26 ein Cosplay Kostüm gekauft. Dieses wurde mir dann auch am 17.04.26 schneller als erwartet, geliefert. Beim auspacken habe ich festgestellt, dass Teile fehlen und dass die von mir bestellte Größe nicht geliefert wurde, sondern war viel zu klein. Wenn du eine Bestellung aufgeben willst, sind die Russen sehr fix und jederzeit über Chat oder WhatsApp zu erreichen. Kaum hast du ein Problem, wirst du völlig ignoriert und keiner reagiert mehr auf e-Mails Chat oder WhatsApp. Beim Verkauf beträgt die Reaktionszeit 30 Minuten. Jetzt mit meiner Falschlieferung reagiert niemand mehr seit Tagen. Das Problem könnte man ganz einfach lösen, aber anscheinend ist es, denen wichtiger, schnelles Geld zu machen und bei Problemen sich einfach wegzuducken und sich zu verstecken. Die sind aus Russland da kann man sowieso nichts machen. Meine einzige Chance ist die Kreditkartenfirma einzuschalten und das Geld einzufrieren. Mal sehen, was dabei rauskommt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall dort nie wieder bestellen und auch die ganzen positiven Bewertungen auf die Internetseite sind größtenteils fake, vermutlich? So toll, wie die sich auf ihrer Internetseite präsentierten sind die überhaupt nicht - zumindest nicht bei Problemen.

Nachtrag: es wurden am Ende alle Probleme gelöst und wir haben eine vernünftige Lösung gefunden. Ich hoffe, das CyberCraft Team bemüht sich in Zukunft bei Problemen schneller und professioneller zu reagieren. Es ist schade, wenn Lösungen nur mit Druck von Ausserhalb zustande kommen - das muss nicht sein.

Unabhängig davon ist die Qualität der Produkte wirklich sehr gut. Von daher möchte ich meine Bewertung von 1 Stern auf 3,5 (also 4) ändern.

Raising to 4 stars after receiving my replacement helmet. I am happy with the new and improved wiring and was able to get the cable routed inside the helmet for a sleeker look as shown by the YouTube video on how to build the helmet. It is greatly reinforced and seems less likely to cause the cables to break when getting the flashlight connected to the power supply cable from the helmet.

Helmet also has some additional padding on the inside that feels a lot better on the head compared to the first one that I received. I am not sure if that is part of the 2.0 overhaul of the helmet or is a new thing for all helmets.

I am glad that my experience brought to attention internally how to get products fixed and support taken care of, so hopefully this will not happen again to another customer or myself should I purchase another helmet or suit from Cyber Craft.

Original Review:

I got the helmet and it looked stellar when I was taking it out of the box and getting my stand together with the box. No instructions came with the helmet, so I put it together based off the pictures on the webpage for the helmet. The cable that powers the flashlight was outside of the helmet, and did not match the sleek look of the helmet on the website, so I reached out to the support email for help to see if I attached it wrong.

As I was waiting for a response, I noticed that the wires were pretty loose on the connection point for the flashlight, but did not have a second thought. It took a few days for the support to get back to me, and they sent me a YouTube link for how to install all the parts properly and run the wire into the helmet to hide the cables away. With the wires not properly seated and reinforced to the terminal blocks, me trying to feed the cable into the helmet the same exact way as shown in the YouTube video caused them to break. I have added a photo of where the terminal block failed on the helmet side, a photo showing which lights are now non-functional, and how the heat shrink is not supporting either end of the 4 pin connector and the cable used is very thin and snaps easily. I understand needing to leave the cable showing to match the 4 pin connection properly, but you could also mark both sides of the 4 pin connection in a single color to allow the customer to know the proper orientation and having the heat wrap/electrical tape all the way up the cable to help provide structure so the cables do not break as easily.

That was back on February 17th, one day after I received my helmet. It has now been a month going back and forth with their support team to get a fix for my issue, and in that time, another of the lights has gone out. I asked about that issue, and they say they think it could be connected to the same circuit as the flashlight, but they are not sure. They have provided two options, the first one being I fix it myself or have someone I know fix it for me if I do not know how to, or that they would send me a new flashlight. I asked for a new one, as I believe my product that I paid for should not break after less than 24 hours out of the box, and they said that it could fix the other light that is broken and would check with the production team that it would. I asked to be shipped to the same address as the helmet was and understand that they need time, but it has now been 12 days since the last contact with their support team.

I get being busy and possibly having other cases, but a simple reply stating that they are still looking into it would be nice. I could fix the issue myself since I work in a low voltage workplace, but if I spent $585.00 for the helmet and helmet stand, it is my opinion the helmet should work and not need the customer to fix the bad wiring job. I will update my review if the replacement part does come in and fix the second light that does not turn on. Otherwise if I do not hear back, I will fix it myself and keep the review as it is.

I really wanted to like this, but just due to the poor support communication, I just cannot recommend this product. I hope the other helmets fare better than this one.

TLDR: Bad wiring caused a power cable to break, and it feels like customer service is dragging their heels to get me a fix.

Cyber Craft is honestly one of the best cosplay sites I’ve ever seen. The level of detail and craftsmanship in their armor sets is top-tier — truly screen-accurate and built like the real deal. Even though it’s out of my budget, I reached out with some questions and the team was super responsive and respectful. They were willing to work with me on custom options too.

If you're looking for professional-grade cosplay, Cyber Craft is absolutely worth it.
