I am a Panda customer for a number of years. All good. Today ( this morning)I raised an issue that my bin collection did not happen yesterday for my black bin. The Panda representative was excellent in resolving the matter and this exceeded expectations.

The man who dealt with my query yesterday was very prompt and helpful, and got my query sorted. However, this is my second call and a few emails trying to get this sorted.

EDIT: your response to my review is pure rubbish. No one "reached out to me privately". There were no contact details in my review so thats impossible, sure you couldnt even find my account when i gave you my account number. Just more lies.
So bad I dont even know where to start. Customer service is awful. I was onlu a custome for a couple of months. Tried to get an answer for 2 week about overcharges, conveniently there was an issue with the 2 invoices that have extra charges on them so I couldn't open them or see the information on them ( they still wanted me to pay) ignored by customer services. only got a response when I pretended to be a new customer interested in signing up. Constantly ignored emails, no calls back, over charges, useless phone staff. Trying to get someone to understand that I was cancelling the account was like trying to teach a cat to ride a bike. Im just sorry I cant give less than one star.

Very good help provided by Lyka to answer my questions,friendly and proffesional aproach.
I give 5 star but before Lyka i spoke to a man who told me to hold the line and he drop the call,then i ring back and Lyka was there and sort me out in few minutes.

Consistently failed to collect bins. Closing the account has been an even bigger nightmare with termination fee demanded (but no T&C provided) and additional service charges put on even after closing the account. Awful people to deal with.
