It’s been a game changer for me!

Been trying out other alternatives in the market, and to this day I haven't tried a product better. Cyberstaff have made the impossible seem possible with their AI receptionist - and it gets better everyday. It automatically books in appointments in my calendar so no time goes to waste sorting out unecessary admin. It is incredibly human and cost effective - especially in this current climate. I would recommend this (and have done) to everybody to try out - their 7 day free trial was perfect!

This AI receptionist really freed our hands while we were busy at work and handled all calls professionally and in a very organised manner. The recording is provided to listen to the tone of the conversation and reactions. It's difficult not to rely on this AI receptionist now. The only thing we cannot do is book the appointment and handle money transactions, but once we hear the conversation, we complete what's left. At least we don't miss the call from our clients

Cyberstaff was easy to set up, and the feedback we have received from our clients has been phenomenal, stating that the ai agent was almost human like and that it was able to answer their enquiry. In addition the summary of the call is super useful not to mention the time the application saves from time wasters, spam calls and even ai callers that our agent has even conversed with…..makes the call summary quite entertaining when two ai agents are talking to each other and have determined that they are both ai!

Signed up with Cyberstaff just under a month ago. The free trial period was perfect for me running my plumbing business as i got 7 days to fully trial and test out the service. It scanned my google business profile (because my website is still under construction) and still managed to find out all the informsfion about our services - prices, opening and closing hours, FAQs pretty much everything. And for useful information that wasn’t currently available it was quite easy (even for me as someone who isn’t the most technically gifted person) to add on the extra information. The AI learns quickly and immediately!!!

If I had to estimate how many customers I’ve gained because Archer (our lovely AI assistant) had stepped in when i was on the job, I’d reckon at least 3-4 a week. When you are trying to earn a living, these things matter. I recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you to JC who has talked me through the system more times than I can count (to emphasise technology really isn’t my thing) and optimised its use for me. I recommend Cyberstaff to any and everyone whole heartedly!!!
