Been an absolute game changer for my electrics business. Whenever I’m busy on a job or can’t be with my phone the receptionist steps in and takes bookings for me and it goes straight to my Google calendar.. the future really is here!!

Been a driving instructor for a long time and missed out on quite a few bookings when taking lessons etc. Cyberstaff's AI receptionist takes bookings for me - even when I'm on the road, and auto syncs to my calendar for me - saves me a bunch of time and effort.
Easy enough for me to use (and im not very technically inclined hahaha) and gets better and better every day. Do recommend

Cyberstaff has transformed my Wedding photography business. Whilst I am out photographing weddings or shooting engagement sittings the AI receptionist helps to answer business calls, and eliminates missed calls. Not only is it super professional but it captures specific details and books genuine appointments directly into my digital calendar. Working with CyberStaff has genuinely changed the game. As a small business, I’d always been a bit put off by the talk around AI staff — worried customers would feel like they were talking to a robot, or that we didn’t care about them properly.

I have a busy Dog Grooming Salon and we often can’t hear the phone with the blasters/hair dryers on or we just don’t have the time to answer and book appointments. So I found Cyberstaff, I think they popped up on my fb, I tried their free trial and thought it would be good for us but it has turned out to be absolutely brilliant! I have named my AI Receptionist given her an idea of my business and prices and that’s it, she’s up and running, sounds lovely, asks and answers questions even more than I thought of. I have not had one lost call and when someone rings I am notified on my mob and email so I can ring them back at end of day and book them in. The staff that work for this company are so incredibly helpful and the whole experience is amazing. I love Minnie, my Receptionist 😀 and I wish I could have had her years ago.
