No delivery after 10 days - no communication
It’s been 10 days since I ordered, bicycle still hasn’t arrived. Customer service says it will take another week or so. No pro-active information is offered, there is no communication unless I chase

I ordered a PUKY bike for my youngest…
I ordered a PUKY bike for my youngest son and it arrived in perfect condition, exactly as shown in the photos and fully assembled. The quality of the product and the service upon delivery were excellent, and I would certainly buy from CycleSouq again.
My only note is regarding communication. After placing the order and receiving the confirmation email, there were no further updates until around 6–8 days later. When I reached out on WhatsApp, I was informed that the order would be dispatched the next day.
Overall, a great shop with reliable products, and improving the delivery updates would make the experience even better.

Hopeless and useless service
Hopeless and useless service. They do not respond on time & it’s been weeks since I’m trying to purchase a right MTB bike but their team is absolutely useless, no response on messages/calls. How can we trust such places and purchase an item even when they can’t respond at the start. Would definitely suggest all to either check out Amazon even if it’s bit expensive compared to these hopeless sites. It’s better to spend a little more to get trustable and better service rather than wasting the whole amount. DO NOT OPT CYCLE SOUQ FOR YOUR PURCHASE:)
