Great clothes, abysmal customer service. I tried to exchange items for an alternate size. They would not process my request until they received my return. By the time they acknowledged receipt, the items were no longer available. I have now submitted forms for a refund twice. There is no phone # so you fill out an online form. Customer service keeps replying to me without refunding my money. They are now asking me to start on a new return on items they acknowledged receipt of. I had to resort to filing a complaint with my credit card company to get the refund for clothes they have acknowledged receipt of. It's egregious that customer service can't remedy this or at least give it to a manager to sort out. I would be wary of ordering from them.

Ordered a jersey that had a defect, requested an exchange. The exchange took 3 weeks, and the replacement had the same defect! So they either sent me back the same jersey I returned, or an entire batch of jerseys have the same defect. When I tried to request a refund, their system won't allow it because i had already returned it once! Not sure how customer service will fix this, but my confidence is low.

Awful, stubborn customer service. I bought some shoe covers, and on a short 30mins ride, they wore through. They refused to acknowledge that there was a clear fault with the product, and also the product guidelines and instructions were insufficient and exacerbated the problems with the item. Furthermore, their website seems to make it very difficult to leave a review on their products - a shame as I would like to warn others of this problem where I had not been

Worst customer service I had to deal with.
Our package did not get delivered and Cycology refused to reimburse us and to deal with their transportation company even though the latter confirmed in writing the package was lost.
This is never acceptable and even less so for products of that standard.

Laut Paypal befindet sich der Firmensitz in Australien! Defektes T-Shirt erhalten, Die Rücksendung dessen durfte ich mit 15€ in die Niederlande selbst tragen! Ich habe noch einige andere Artikel retourniert, da ich eine Auswahlbestellung getätigt hatte. Gesamtpreis waren ca.218€. das Paket ist vor 18 Tagen am 25.07.24 an der angegeben Retourenadresse angekommen. Erstattung gab es bisher keine!!!!!! NIE WIEDER!!!!!!

Bought a Cycology Gear TIJUANA MEN'S CYCLING JERSEY which looks amazing. Unfortunately, it's quality is very bad. After only one time wearing it and subsequent wash, the stitching failed on several points and a tear appeared on top of the rear pocket, even though I only carried my mobile phone without any cover. In their response, they even point out that their jersey is not as robust as others. Perhaps they should invest more in their product development than their marketing campaigns, so they could match the great design with great quality.

Good delivery time and 8 DAYS PERFORMANCE BOXER BRIEFS are colourful and a good fit. However, elastic waistband is poor. After 6 wearings it is losing elasticity and shape, band is curling.

Terrible quality clothing and terrible customer service

Decided to order despite the reviews. Thought I knew better. Stuff hasn't arrived yet but on checking all reviews on the site appear blocked so got to be suspicious. Hope to come back and change this to five stars. Did arrive - seemed ok although shirt not the highest quality - didn't send ability to review on site and given disparity with independent reviews would remain suspicious of those.

Nice product but abysmal customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could. Inadequate address labelling, so item was returned to sender. 2 months later they've stopped replying to my emails and no refund. They had told me to order again which I did and same inadequate address but fortunately the second time I was able to sort and did actually receive my item. BUT I would not recommend the to anyone despite the tempting product range.

Bought 2 items and returned one by recorded delivery. Never received a refund for the returned item.

Shame as I was going to purchase more from them, I don’t deal with shysters so will use other trusted brands.

Shocking customer service that has even blocked me on social media so I can’t name and shame. Their delivery T&C are not legal or correct. I have not received a parcel they say was delivered but it’s their responsibility until that parcel is physically in my possession and also they cannot instruct Royal Mail to leave my parcel without my consent. They however claim all responsibility lies with the customer once sent !! Think they need to read up. No response any more and offered a 20% discount on a replacement !!

First time ordering from Cycology. Used the site size checker which showed me as a Medium and the fit is perfect (I'm a UK 10)
Ordered a couple of days ago, delivered this morning and tested this afternoon.

Products from Cycology are quite nice but beware if you have to return an item. I returned an item just after Christmas using Royal Mail's trackable service and the instructions and address given on the website. The tracking number showed it was delivered but Cycology denied receiving the item and I was given no refund. This took nearly 1.5 months to resolve due to them taking a long time to reply to my emails. I also sent a message on facebook and apparently I should have taken a photo of the package and had it returned to me so I could pay for return postage again! Same FB representative then blocked me from replying to his/her message. They did offer me a credit to use on the site but to be honest the value hardly covers the cost of postage. Shocking customer service - their attitude is rude and puts all blame on the customer. Having read other reviews, it appears I'm not the only customer to have suffered in this way. Luckily the item was not high value but I did pay for the return postage and I am much more upset by the poor attitude and service I received.
