Am so angry off I can't believe in this day and age company's can be so bad, I ordered my cream one month ago after 2 weeks I sent an email to ask where my order is with no reply but an email sent saying my item is being prepared up to now it's still saying the same thing I have sent several emails with no answer, it actually is the worse customer experience I have ever had, they have not emailed to say if the item is not in stock there's just no contact at all, but they have the cheek to hold on to my money, am so mad I didn't read the reviews before but I have ordered from abroad many times, further places than Brussels and have had no problem. If these people think they are getting away with this they are wrong forget the cream and give me my money back

I have made an order on D-Pharma on the 23rd of July. To this date I haven't received my parcel at home. Since August 6th, I have received the tracking number with a status saying "in preparation with the sender" but the sender, D-Pharma, does not answer the phone (and I call many times, every day), does not answer the messages (one on the website, and the other on Facebook). I am trying my best to reach out to them but nobody answer, my impression is that this is a scam. How come we have such a poor client service and a such a slow delivery time in 2017? I went to this website in hope to get a creme that could help me but apparently all that matters is to take advantage of people. Needless to say, they took the payment straight away.

D-Pharma.eu company Is so disappointing. I ordered an item 30th June and was it posted to me 2 weeks later. the item was undelivered to the address I used in UK and was returned to the company. I have sent 4 emails to this company and no customer service replied. I also rang and nobody picks up the phone.

Still waiting for my cream, been over two weeks since they said it was despatched. Have emailed so many times but no reply, no one answers the phone either. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered.

This looks like a Con Company! STAY AWAY

Still waiting after already 2 months. And it was not a preorder.

No communication.

They can not even find my order any more. Want me to give my bankaccount (I don't think so), want me to go to brussels???

Don't trust this anymore

Ordered my face creams two months ago still waiting for them to be delivered.

I am still waiting for items. Shopping has been made 19 of February.

Ik heb op 20 januari jl een bestelling gedaan bij D-Pharma, 2x crème tubetje voor pigmentvlekken. Kreeg na bestelling en betaling direct bericht dat artikelen nu niet op voorraad zijn. Ben nu toch al weken verder en er is nog niets geleverd. Jammer, dat ze niet even een berichtje sturen, waarin staat dat artikelen nog niet binnen zijn of dat ze onderweg zijn. Maakt me heel onzeker of ik ze wel nog ga ontvangen vooral omdat dit voor mij een heel belangrijke bestelling is na jaren met een gezicht vol pigmentvlekken te lopen. Dit middel moet echt werken volgens de referenties hierover. Hopelijk duurt het niet te lang meer voor m'n bestelling er is en kan ik beginnen met het behandelen van m'n pigmentvlekken. Over het middeltje zelf kan ik nu nog geen mening geven dat komt er t.z.t. nog aan.

Bestelling is geplaatst op dd. 25/02/2015, vandaag zijn wij dd.05/03/2015, wij zouden de aangekochte producten ontvangen per post maar tot op heden hebben wij nog niets ontvangen, men beloofd de goederen af te leveren binnen 3 dagen !! Verder geen nieuws over de situatie

Ingevolge uw reactie van heden met de melding dat het door verkocht product ter beschikking zou zijn op 13/03/2015 zullen wij wachten tot ontvangst van het aangekochte product. Mag ik U erop wijzen dat een pre-order ons onbekend is, gelieve duidelijk op uw site te vermelden dat product niet onmiddellijk beschikbaar is en kan geleverd worden tegen een door U voorgestelde datum.

you mentioned I have been dishonest in my review below!!! I have email attachments that prove your company informing me I will receive my products by the first week of March and that it is has been dispatched!!!!! Do not accuse me of being dishonest when I have proof of your company telling me my products have been dispatched and that I would receive it 1st week of March. Its absolutely ridiculous that I have payed for postage and the money for my order has been taken! So your now telling me that my products still havnt been dispatched?!?!?!? and in your email you have said it has. RIDICULOUS.

Waiting for my order to delved to me more than a week after paying £5.00 p&p.

I placed my order on 2nd Feb and have still not received it, the payment has gone through. I have sent numerous messages via email and website but had no response. I await contact from D-Pharma.

I think TrustPilot has jumped the gun in asking about my experience with this supplier since the item has not yet arrived, and if anything this has lowered my opinion of the supplier and TrustPilot.

Malgré 5 mails de réclamation et un message sur répondeur, car personne ne décroche quand on tél à Bruxelles, e n'ai toujours pas reçu le tube de crème commandé sur votre site.... QUEL ARNAC !!!!!

Package shipped very quickly considering it was a standard delivery. D-pharma kept in contact to let me know when my product was on the way and also informed me I could track the progress. Very professional service. I've already recommended them to a friend of mine who has now made her purchase.
