Food burnt and soggy/undercooked at the same time.
Been trying to get food to cook properly inside & out over the last 2 months of having this. Adjusting times & temps don't seem to make any difference.
It's a real shame because combined microwave +air fryer should be an ideal space saver.
Apparently you can fill the house will smoke, set the fire alarm off, and have food that is still undercooked inside!
Ordering and delivery was very easy and was delivered within 2 days. Heaters very good and cost effective. Would definitely recommend this company 👍👏🌟

From order to using my Halogen air fryer, everything was simple.
Good communication from Daewoo and good delivery service.
I love the halogen air fryer!
You can see the food cooking and cook more than one thing at once.
Being able to properly clean the oven is just amazing. I hated how conventional air fryers are impossible to thoroughly clean.
Saving on electric is another bonus.
In my first week I cooked roast chicken and roast potatoes, fruit crumble, roasted vegetables and fish.
I just love it and highly recommend

After just 14months our double draw airfryer is no longer working. Contacted Daewoo customer service for help but told warranty is no longer valid after 12months and they can do no more. So basically suck it up you had a year!! As the saying goes buy cheap buy twice. I was happy with the airfryer but to only get 14months use was a huge disappointment. So I would not recommend the product or the brand. The constant referral to the extended warranty is confusing, just registering an item allows an extended warranty. Why not honour your extended warranty? I'm now contacting trading standards as 14months use does not constitute fit for purpose. BUYER BEWARE

The write up implies this radiator is suitable for a large room
What it doesn’t say is it can become very hot and can cause burns
This is included in the user manual
It heats the room becoming very very hot then cuts out completely
The room goes cold again so the heater cuts in getting very very hot again
I bought it to use in the play den and you just can’t risk having children around it
The write up implies it will be a constant warm heat with an extra boost when the temp drops lower then the program
Will have to replace with the same make as my others that do not pose this burn risk

I contacted the company as I needed a new drip tray for my air fryer. A rapid response from them in relation to the item I needed. They had the item in stock. I ordered the tray and the dispatch was so very quick. I receive a further email to say that the items were on their way. Only 3 days from start to finish and this was over the Christmas holidays. On another note the air fryer is brilliant!

We have the Daewoo COL1587 dehumidifier which uses a power supply that is not fit for purpose.
If it is switched off at the wall socket or unplugged to turn it off the unit completely fails.
This is totally rediculous.
The manual tells us, "DO NOT.... use the mains plug as a means of switching on or off...."
This is the first electrical appliance I have ever owned that has such a basic fault in it's design and construction.
How are you supposed to know of such a failing in design if staying as a guest in someone's house, a B&B or hotel for examples?
Trading Standards in the UK state that:
"Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described"
Waiting 2 weeks for item stil I don’t have terrible service .now got to wait till they go back to work so they would look into problem !!
They have just sent a reply that is is a total lie still have not heard from them they are just trying to look good when they have done nothing no refund or investigation avoid this company at all costs !!

Purchased a twin drawer air fryer in May 2024 (SDA2699) . Its been cleaned after every use. Firstly the non stick on the trays has completely worn off. This is despite using a silicone lining to protect them. Then one of the drawer fronts cracked. I glued it but now the crack has gone along the top of the drawer front, meaning the handle is lose. The air fryer has replaced my oven and I only use it now and not an oven, so it has been used alot but I expected durability beyond 19 months. The product still works but as spares aren't available i will need to replace it (i did register the 3 year warranty but I know by gluing the drawer its invalidated now). So its a good product, just dont expect longevity, as it is has built in obsolescence and will be another electrical product to go to landfill. *** Model No Supplied as i didnt want to put my email address on the review) Update. Replacement model supplied by Daewoo. Not as good as the previous model (much slower to cook for some reason) but as least it gives me a working model.

I purchased a kettle 13 months ago. It stopped working. Daewoo say it's out of warrantee and I didn't buy a 2 year warrantee. Now you know, don't expect a Daewoo kettle to last longer than 12 months.
don't buy a Daewoo kettle...£30 down the drain!

Bought this toaster from user friendly website. Highly delighted with it. Very light and doesn’t take long to toast. Delivery was very fast and arrived well before date stated. Communication was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.
