I asked by email for help with registering my product for the extended warranty. I received a reply within hours from Joseph who had sent me detailed step by step instructions on how to do this which were clear and easy to follow. He was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Excellent service, thank you.
Diane and Alison were extremely helpful when my replacement Air Fryer was damaged in transit. I am not very technical but they were patient and did not rush me in anyway. I managed to send a photo of the damaged box and described the fault with the Air Fryer door,
Although this one is slightly different to my original purchase, I find being able to see inside is of benefit. Please continue to make this model. My daughter bought me a Ninja double stack, far more expensive, but I find the Tower is preferable to me and use it far more.
Excellent customer service from Tower. Joseph went above and beyond to help me with my claim under the extended warranty. We did the tests required and concluded that the bin was unrepairable so a link was sent for me to choose a replacement and as easy as that its on the way . I cant rate towers customer service highly enough I wish others would follow this great company .

My problem began with PayPal when I was paying at checkout with PayPal.A message appeared advising I would need to wait and try again later.So rather than wait I decided to try again and pay with my debit card.Yes that was fine, but PayPal decided during this time to eventually finalise the sale.Therefore to cut a long story short I finished up with two air fryers..the help I received during this whole debacle was amazing.The kindness and professionalism was second to none.Holly and Elle were exemplary and I am immensely grateful.

My large frying pan started sticking just over the 1 year warranty. I am pleased to say they are sending me new one in the post. I have another small version which has not had any sticking at all which I bought at the same time.

Great service received from TOWER's Customer Service (and especially from Diane) prior to the purchase of an item. After an extensive email exchange, I managed to get all the information I wanted about the item (a BBQ Ignite Duo XL).
I really hope the after purchase customer service will be as good as the "prior purchase" customer service.
I suggested to bring some modifications on the page of the BBQ to make it clearer for the next customers, as it was a mix of everything. Hopefully, TOWER will really make the necessary update as it would help many other future customers to make the purchase.

We purchased a 60 litre recycling bin but unfortunately is was damaged when it arrived. Spoke to Ezmie in Customer Services and she arranged a next day collection as we are going on holiday in 5 days time. Fantastic manner and very efficient. Will gladly use Tower again in the future.

I purchased a new microwave, but was unable to register the warranty online, as the product model number did not match.
I contacted customer services who were able to register the product on my behalf, once I had supplied the relevant details. A swift service that now gives me extended warranty until 2029.

Nothing was a bother,Joseph said he would check to see if they had the part I’d asked for and would get back to me.Sure enough a little while later he got back to me and lucky for me the part was in stock, he took my information and said the part would be with us in 3 to 5days.great news,really happy.

I had to report a problem with a replacement kettle which I received last September when the previous model wouldn’t turn off after 7 months. The replacement was not turning off again after another 7 months but it was also leaking from the on off button as well! I spoke to Sara who was excellent. She ordered me a new different exchange kettle and was very efficient and extremely polite. A pleasure to deal with. Thankyou Sara!

I tried to register my hairdryer online for warranty
but there was a problem. I got in touch with Tower and it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner.

Joseph was extremely polite and helpful when I was unable to locate the spare I was looking for. Within minutes of explaining my issue,Joseph reassured me that the spare was available and that it was already being packed for despatch to me at absolutely no charge!
