U can never get hold of anyone to talk to then when u finally do they take ages to answer if not days when sometimes u need an answer as soon as possible so don't think much to them

Placed an order at the weekend and paid for next day delivery, so that it would be sent yesterday for delivery today. Received an email from Daewoo yesterday morning to say it had been dispatched for delivery today, but when I tracked the item this morning, it still showed as Evri waiting for the parcel, and that it had been waiting since 10.08 yesterday morning. Contacted Daewoo via their online form (no phone number available) to ask what had happened to my order and if it would be delivered today. Their reply, via email, was that I had placed my order on the weekend and paid for next day delivery, so it "will be" dispatched on Monday, but Monday (the day it should have been sent and the day I received the original email from Daewoo saying it had been sent, for delivery today) was yesterday! Good grief, if they can't even work out what day of the week it is, what hope is there of me ever getting the items I ordered!
I only ordered the items direct from Daewoo, rather than any other supplier that uses decent couriers, such as DPD or DHL, because none of the other suppliers gave me the option of next day delivery, as I needed to be sure somebody would be in to take delivery, but what is the point if Daewoo next day delivery doesn't actually happen!

I bought a really great Daewoo Air Fryer from Robert Dyas. It developed a fault after two years. I couldn’t find details of whether we had registered the product for the 3 yr warranty. I emailed Daewoo and explained the problem. I received a new Air Fryer with 10 days. Fantastic customer service!!

Very good value product delivered promptly and efficiently.
The heater is very light and very effective. We use it to dry towels and clothes in rental bathrooms that have no drying facilities. The compact size and light weight makes the heater easy to transport and the folding stand is compact and stable.

We ordered a kettle microwave and toaster to match with a good discount. Goods delivered well packed and quickly by carrier . All look good and work well . Very pleased with the products and all with a 3 year warranty

Absolutely thrilled with our 5-in-1 Microwave! It's a fantastic space-saver and the air fryer function is a game-changer. Delighted with the toxin-free cooking (if used without gray tray!). Looking forward to exploring the other features. Great product, highly recommend.
