Never again will I be using this service. Extremely rude! I know it couldn’t possibly be for all the employees that work for this company but for whoever it was that, I just spoke with disgusting attitude. You don’t just hang up on the customer because you don’t feel like dealing with them, or can not understand what they need, and if the customer is not understanding something that you’re saying then you reiterate, you don’t get an attitude, pout, or act like a child. The customer service needs to be fixed immediately! because no matter how many five star reviews you have even one bad review and especially multiple can drag down the whole entire score kind of like a grade point average so think about that for your customers the next time . Should be ashamed of the so called service you’re providing. And for the future reference so that you can limit these bad experiences the customers are having it might be time to start removing certain employees that you have if they cannot provide the absolute best service your company has to offer end of story.

Absolutely love how simple and quick the service is. Makes life so much easier. Couldn't be happier with the service.

It's been over a week since my earnings updated. I been calling the customer support since Wednesday just to get the run around and it's still saying it's a delay with getting my earnings updated but when I talk to my job the problem is with daily pay. It's ridiculous to have a service that you can't use

Daily funds daily..

They are not on timeat all it's been a full week and I have not received any earned income updates. They always say care advantage delay but when I call my work about it they tell me everything is good on their end. And when I call daily pay I get laughed at. THEY SUCK!!!

This is a great card to have you actually can use money from your check that’s coming to you. It helps me with my bills. Very great card.

I just feel like that should be a bonus all the hard work that we do thank you I like it. I just don’t know really how it works though because sometimes when I don’t have money, I’ll be needing it for bills. Thank you.

I like that I can get a little of my pay everyday in case of emergencies.

As long as my hours are put in it usually shows up and I can access my pay The only thing is it's a trap because once you start it's hard to get out of borrowing from your paycheck

I love daily pay so easy to access

The entire time I used DailyPay I had not experienced any bad or any problems during use. Whenever I was short on cash, all I had to do was get on DailyPay request any certain amount that was available from my account for my job. And just like that I had money. Problem solved for me.

After working very hard you get paid almost immediately. It encourages you and gives you satisfaction that you don’t have to wait for pay day when you have unpaid bills hanging here and there.
Thanks for daily pay . It is a laudable initiative.

Good service

If I could choose no stars I would this was the worst experience ever. This is a scam and robbery all in one.
I closed my account and they only gave me a portion of my paycheck and are trying to convince me that I transferred the rest. HOW if I closed my account, they kept it $855.00 and tell me they can't help me I have to contact my bank WTH Now I have to figure out what I am going to do until this gets sorted out.
