I have been waiting since March 10 for my worked hours to appear in my DailyPay account. None of my hours have posted, while coworkers on the same shifts had theirs updated correctly.
I was told there was an implementation happening to fix the problem. I called Aramark payroll to confirm, and they said the implementation had already been processed—but my hours still haven’t posted.
Since this started, I have:
• Made 17 phone calls
• Spoken with 23 different reps
• Spent over 240 hours waiting and chasing answers
• Sent multiple emails to DailyPay
• Contacted Aramark payroll, HR, and my manager with full documentation
Every time I asked, I was given lies, guesses, excuses, or conflicting info—from blaming pay periods, account differences, to being told to “wait 24 hours.” They hung up on me, gave me the runaround, and at one point, the chat even closed while I was asking questions. I repeatedly asked for escalation and got nothing.
After all of that, my account still hasn’t been updated, and my earned wages remain missing. DailyPay’s support has been unhelpful, evasive, and unreliable, and this entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I don’t even want to get that generic response of “ we are sorry this happened to you please contact or email support for further help because I have already done that! I don’t depended on dailypay but I really needed my earnings from last week things got bad after the storm and dailypay let me down with my own money! Be warned customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
UPDATE: dailypay has worked hard and contacted me about my issue! My issue was now resolved right after speaking with supervisor. She listened to my concerns and did everything she could to get my account fixed thank you. I wish I had encountered a supervisor earlier rather than the reps who refused to help me but overall the issue has been fixed thank you I will be removing this review

I had cancelled the account, I received a email stating I had funds, I transferred my funds, now they took more funds! So now it’s a problem! I want to receive my money from my job no middle company telling me things I don’t like , Thank you for etc now release my account and if I have a withdrawal that doesn’t mean draw money from next pay check. If I want to deal with this company I know how.

DailyPay is truly a resource you can trust and it is very helpful and convenient, allowing you to retrieve your wages in advance for gas money starting your new job, your cell bill for jobs that you have to clock-in on your phone, an
unexpected new tire or any other emergency until your biweekly paycheck.

Daily pay is good ti have in my opinion. If you are low on funds you have the option to transfer in your account.

I have been using Daily Pay since 2024. Two weeks ago, much more of my check was made available to me earlier in the week than usual. The available amount is always changing so i didnt think anything of it. Turns out there was an "overpayment" of two days worth of earnings. Now thanks to their "repayment" process I wont have access to ANY of my pay for 5+ weeks because of their scam-like repayment process. So because they overpaid me w 2 DAYS worth of earnings, I will have no access to ANY of my earnings for 5+ full paychecks. Canceled Daily Pay today. I suggest you avoid this service completely.

Too inconsistent for me it seems like every week or so I have to call and find out why am I missing shifts or why no updates and I get the same answer every time a team is working on it worked a 8 hr shift and only get $24 but nobody can come up with an answer why but I can see the hours on the app but they see something different I take screenshots of everything I can’t trust them anymore seems real sketchy and no American accents and every time I ask for a supervisor I get an attitude from the person on the phone. I hate this service and will be canceling soon. Consistently is key and there’s none
