They paid great attention to areas that really needed deep cleaning, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, which were left looking spotless and fresh. It was such a relief to walk into a house that felt so well taken care of.

Good punctuality, average attention to detail
I hired Dalyan Rose for a home clean. The team arrived right on time, were very polite, and did a great job with the kitchen countertops and main living room floors.
However, they missed a few spots that were supposed to be included, like dusting the ceiling fans and wiping behind the bathroom fixtures. The shower glass was also left a bit streaky.
It was decent for a quick surface clean, but for the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail. Good for basic maintenance, but you may need to point out specific areas if you want a thorough job.

Decent Cleaning Service
Overall, a decent cleaning service. They did the required cleaning of all rooms and did it fairly well. The main areas of the house were left looking really good. A few spots were obviously missed including under the couch and the top of the baseboards, which were specifically requested to be cleaned. All in all, good effort.

Dalyan Rose did a job. They finished the work. I was able to talk to them okay but it took a bit longer than I wanted and the work was not perfect. Dalyan Rose is fine if you just need something done but Dalyan Rose could do some things better.

I used Dalyan Rose for a pre‑move cleaning in London. The team turned up when they said they would, which was a plus, and they were friendly enough on the day. They covered the main areas kitchen, bathroom, living space and left things looking reasonably tidy.That said, it wasn’t spotless. A few corners and skirting boards still had dust, and I ended up going over some spots myself before handing the flat back. For the price, it felt like an average job: nothing terrible, but nothing that really stood out either.If you just need a basic clean and you’re on a tight schedule, they’ll probably do the job. Just don’t expect a deep, flawless finish. All in all,

I hired Dalyan Rose Property Services for a thorough home cleaning and I’m pleased with the results. The team arrived on time, worked hard all day, and left the kitchen and bathrooms spotless. I’m giving 3 stars because there were a few small issues with scheduling/timing, but the actual cleaning was very good. I’m happy with the service, would use them again, and recommend them for a solid, reliable clean.

Decent service, but a few areas could be improved
I hired Dalyan Rose for a deep end-of-tenancy clean. Overall, the experience was okay, but not perfect. The team arrived on time and were polite, and most of the property was cleaned to a good standard. That said, I noticed a few missed spots during the final walk-through. The inside of the oven wasn’t as clean as expected and some of the grout in the bathroom still looked a bit dull. I had to go over a few areas myself before the inventory inspection. Communication was fine and the booking process was straightforward, but for the price I was hoping for a slightly higher level of detail. If they tighten up their attention to the small things, this could easily be a 5-star service.

The carpets were nicer and the house had a nice smell but it was a hasty finish to the job as the team left some dust scattered on shelves

Dalyan Rose did the job but there were a few things missing they forgot to do the oven even though I paid for it as an add on they did come back to sort it, but it was a bit annoying having to call them

My end of tenancy cleaning was taken cared by Dalyan Rose who did a neat job the oven cleaning was the best, it looked like it was newly made but the delay in confirmation of booking was the only they need to improve on.
