I ordered 13 March 2022 and after 2 minutes I send messages to seller that send me back color product and don't send other colors.

The seller process the order 14 March and today 16 March 2022 he says that we receive your message after sends product. How funny!

Daraz Bangladesh is currently leading Ecommerce of Bangladesh.As there is no competition in E-commerce sector in Bangladesh, they increasing their delivery fee as well as all products fee. They produce various competition throughout the year.But none of these campaign are fairly observed. Daraz Bangladesh needs to come out clean and stop increasing delivery charge and product price.Stop taking unfair advantage.

In my multiple, perhaps half a dozen orders, I have never experienced smooth service from them. The issues ranged from wrong product delivery, delayed delivery, broken items and horrible customer service. The latest is my yesterday's delivery that prompted me to write this. I ordered for a cell phone case for a particular model and they delivered for another model. As I paid in cash on delivery, perhaps, they will not refund me the cash and will force me now to accept a credit to buy another item and another bad experience by them. I've no words to express my frustration, I wasted my time and coordination in ordering which is more than the money and personal reputation as I purchased it for another person in the family. I wish there were better alternatives in Bangladesh.

My worst experience ever with my first purchase of two expensive pieces of furniture. Both came defective and damaged. It is impossible to return products as Daraz wanted me to send the furnitures in original packaging although images of defects and damages had been sent to Daraz and its scammer suppliers. One piece of furniture came without wheels. After contacting the supplier , the supplier asked me to purchase the wheels from the market and install it by my self! The communication took place through Daraz's messaging system and Daraz kept silent. No return no compensation. The other piece came with a heavy dent. I sent images to Daraz and the supplier. All I got is a call from daraz acknowledging my complaint and thats all. I feel the need of real ecommerce platforms like Amazon or Ebay in Bangladesh's billion dollars local ecommerce market. If that happens then we do not have to deal with scammer like Daraz BD which is scoring in an empty field with no competition and thus could get away with it because there is no real alternative at the moment. If you really want value for your hard earned money please avoid daraz bd and shop traditional way.or atleast do not buy expensive items or bulky items. Only buy from daraz when you really want to buy a cheap quality to meet your need.
