Very poor delivery system they have Nowadays, Specially E-Courier BD. Few days ago i Ordered a product from daraz, Without delivery my products they told me my products has been delivered

My dad ordered printer ink and delivery came at the right time. When we opened the package, the cartridges were leaking. We were so disappointed that we wanted to return it to them. They did not take it back because the package was opened.
Like first of all the leaked the thing we bought and now not return our money?

J'ai acheté une licence logiciel sur ce site, le fournisseur m'a envoyé un mail avec un lien fictif (qui ne fonctionne pas).
J'ai tenté en vain de contacter le service client mais je n'avais jamais de retour.
J'ai ensuite demandé à me faire rembourser, mais Daraz a cloturé (2 fois) ma demande sous prétexte que je n'étais pas joignable...
Finalement, après avoir écrit un avis défavorable sur le fournisseur, j'ai reçu un nouvel email (5 jours plus tard) avec ma clé de licence.

Daraz has provided me with mixed experiences. they have some amazing stuff at very reasonable prices.

I have not been too disappointed with the low end products available at Daraz upon ordering but it would be wiser to think before purchasing expensive items on Daraz. Considering the demand there is a lot of scope for improvement in terms of customer service and meeting product expectations.

The disgusting service I have ever seen, they didn't give my parcel and said that delivery is failed and need to place an order again. is it a joke? the parcel is from outside Bangladesh and am waiting for a month to receive it. totally disappointed, and called the delivery man so many times, they don't even know where is my parcel!!!!!!!!!!!! like seriously?

Delivery services are unfortunate, if the company rely on bicycle of rider then send two men at a time so that one can guard the product loaded and another can perfectly deliver the product at door by reading exact address written into application account profile. Bargaining with delivery men to come up is negligence from the company to customer indeed. If the deliver service is not for the inhabitants of fifth and sixth floor then do not waste our time, energy and money by overwhelming conversation to train address, begging to deliver at door.

They have stupid policies that ditch the sellers. Many deliveries are failed just because of their COD system. This is useless as the sellers face several problems for this. Their management system is poor and the customer services seem awful often.

Honestly, you can count almost all local and and some foreign companies among the providers of "disgusting customer service" here. This is simply because there are no clear laws protecting customer rights, no enforcement nor acknowledgement. If they can rip you off, they will. If they can't, they will die trying. That's digital Bangladesh for you.
