I will never use Daraz's service again!.
The company is based of mis-representations and fake items. It does not take responsibility for the items and customers.
They say you can return the item but will not give the money back. They say they will give you voucher instead. Why would i need voucher items for? To buy another of their fake items.
I thought they were good and ordered many things online. I am very angry that all their items are fake, lies and terrible service in total. They should be ashamed of their themselves.

Very unprofessional customer care. An agent stooped chatting in the middle of chat when I told her she was repeating same message again and again. She stopped chatting.

I often used to buy from Daraz because of one thing, they have lots of product. I used to explore them & buy from them. But trust me, all of their products are fake! I will never ever buy from Daraz, the warehouse of fake products. Let me tell you one interesting story of their selling fake products. I ordered one VR box that costs 1500 tk. After waiting 14-15 days they delivered a fake VR box that worths 600 tk! I complained them and returned the fake product. Daraz never verify the product if it is fake or not. Their customer support is so much poor.. most of them are aggressive and unfriendly. If you tell them anything that is suitable for you, they will reject that and tell you that your recommendation is totally 0 for them. Really horrible. Nothing is going under manner. As a customer I will never recommend Daraz. They are fake and making money by making you fool.

So disappointed and angry with the service of daraz in Bangladesh. The worst ever experience i got from this online shopping from daraz bd. Ordered some winter clothings for gift to my wife and brothers in Bangladesh from canada. I ordered using my credit card and clearly it was mentioned that order will be delivered by 11th of January 2019. The person i gifted they left bd end of January then after over a month on February 2nd my order delivered after repeated time request from help center and ofcourse last but not the least shock was they didn't deliver at home which was mentioned too.instead they call my person to come and pickup beacause they said they didn't have other customer in that area so they cant come!! This is redicoulous. Ofcourse my first and last time for this company and il Make sure each and everyone i know to let them informed that daraz bd is a big big no if you dont want just to waste your time and money for satisfaction

Very Worst shopping site in Bangladesh. Ordered two times. Both occasions they sent me wrong product. And the customer service is more worse they cant deal with your problem except saying sorry.

Daraz হল বাংলাদেশের নাম্বার ১ বাটপার ও ফালতু কোম্পানি। আর ওদের Customer Support er সব মূর্খ মার্কা লোক জন কায করে।

আমি গত ২৮/১১/২০১৮ তারিখ এ Order করি ( Order #600436889305713 ) তার ২ দিন পর কল করি Order এর অবস্তা জানার জন্য আমাকে বলে বিকাশ পেমেন্ট এর জন্য নাকি ৩৬ ঘণ্টা অপেক্ষা করতে হবে পরে আমাকে বলে যে আমরা একটা Complain রেখে দিলাম আপনার সমস্যা খুব তারা তারি ঠিক হয়ে যাবে, কিন্তু Order এর ৫ দিন পর আমার Order Cancel করা হয়েছে তারপর আবার কল করলাম বলে আমি নাকি সময় মত পেমেন্ট করি নাই পরে বললাম আমি Order করার ৫ মিনিট এর মদ্দে পেমেন্ট করেছি তারপর বলে আমাকে ৫-২৭ দিন Wait করতে হবে।

আমি Order করব, Advance টাকা পেমেন্ট করব তারপর ৫ দিন পর বলবে Order Cancel আবার ৫-২৭ দিন Wait করতে হবে আমার টাকা ফেরত পাবার জন্য। এই রকম ফাযলামি এর কোন মানে হয় না।

দুনিয়ার সব থেকে ফালতু Company. ওদের মত বাটপার দের জন্য অন্য Online Website থেকে মানুষ কিছু কিনতে ভয় পায়।

আমার টাকা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ফেরত দিন, আমি এর জীবন এ ও আপনাদের মত বাটপার Company থেকে কিছু কিনব না।

Worst e commerce site ever in bd. Should not be allowed to do business in BD. They don’t care about customer and some of their seller have less than 30% satisfaction rating and still selling on Daraz. Hopefully apple will kick them out of the App Store for not being conpliant.

I don't have an account with daraz.bd but they keep emailing me to tell me I have items in my cart.

I'm not going to click on the email to open the cart, as I don't trust it.
I have tried to log in with my email address, but you tell me I don't have an account.

Daraz bd: ordered 7 items from 3 different merchants about 20 days ago and 6 of the items were cancelled due to finished stock!! then why u showed it was available! absolute waste of time and effort, never to shop again (e-shopping still long away in BD)

We expect more from an eCommerce in this days. Daraz's service doesn't seem up to the mark to me in Bangladesh. Poor customer care, poor delivery, poor inventory. I ordered multiple items and they delivered every piece of the items separately saying that they were from different vendors where many other eCommerce sites can deliver at once. Also, they were supposed to set up my Treadmill which they didn't (I wasn't home and the delivery guy just handed the item over to my parents skipping installation). Also, products aren't from good vendors/products qualities aren't up to the mark. Not very good experiences from Daraz.
