The Mochi is a great product, but it does not excuse the terrible customer service that they have.

Placed an order for a pre-order of the Tokyo Mochi, along with a chrome helmet on 21 April, with an estimated lead time of 45 days. Today is 1st July and they still have not shipped my order, or have updated me on the status of it.

Only when I sent it an email, that they mentioned that my order is on hold due to the chrome helmet being out of stock with no ETA nor any in production, and did not bother to check in with me or update me about this. And their only response is to choose another helmet so that the order can be shipped.

What pisses me off the most is that they make certain items available for order, yet even with the long lead times, they are unable to fulfil them, and tell us to just accept another and suck it up.

I think it’s super cute and I love the different faces it makes and how there is a variety of helmets. However I dislike how cheap the glue/sticky part where you actually stick it to the car. In California we have hot summers and so the glue melted thus leaving glue marks on my car and mochi just fell over. Final dislike would be that they don’t really mention that the cord would show a lot/ it doesn’t show it even comes with a cord (on the pictures) that has to constantly be connected in order to power the mochi.

Product hasnt been received just yet but I appreciate that there have been restocks. On top of this the site has been easy to navigate and a variety of options are available for Mochi to match your car.

Terrible. Ordered the Tokyo x Mochi and never got it. We're way past the time frame Dasai has given publicly, and privately. Highly unacceptable and there has been zero communication about whats going on. It feels like a scam.

Never sent the product, Constant lies for 1.5 months until I finally got a refund, 2 years later I checked other reviews to see if they have improved. They have not

Ordered it in came shipped very fast grabbed it and shipped it from a friend. This is my second one and boy I tell you every detail specially the new Gundam is ridiculously look very nice! 😍🙏🏽

Great product, need to improve shipping efficiency

It took a little while to get my mochi, but it was worth the wait. It's such a cute little passenger friend
