Bait and switch email coupon codes sent out to get you to come to the website to buy the product. Then when it doesn't work they pretend to be "working on it". Any company that can't honor a simple advertised promotion is untrustworthy and a terrible way to do business. I wouldn't trust a company that acts this way.
Their website makes it very easy to place an order. If you make a mistake they will lie to you and say the order has been fulfilled when it hadn't been yet. They will steal your money and will pretend to help you while stalling time to ship it out so your stuck. Do not give these guys your money. I have met other people they have done this to. I am not the first. Stay away from this scam company.

I contacted the seller to cancel my order before it was shipped, but they ignored the request and fulfilled it anyway. This is unacceptable and gives the impression that customers are being forced into purchases.

The lack of accountability and poor customer service is very disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Update: they won’t accept return and refund my money. PLEASE AWARE of this company, it’s a scam

Shipping was a hot mess. Uses the carrier Gofo express. . .attempted to contact seller and carrier multiple times to resolve issues getting the package and 2 weeks later have gotten nowhere. At best incompetent and at worst a thief

Delivery took a very long time to the UK, I also found that the adhesive sticker wasnt compatible with my dash so it wouldnt stick

Extremely helpful and fast customer service. Extremely fast shipping. Can be a bit hard to judge if an item is on preorder or in stock, but customer service (as previously mentioned) were super helpful, polite and always responded within 24h.

I love this so much and I'm always looking forward for new mochis to be released! Will definitely buy more soon. It's just sad that my Tokyo Mochi 2's lcd screen gets worn out after having it on for many days without turning off. Now there's a mark of the default mochi face that is hard to ignore.

I haven't been able to try out the Mochi 3 yet because I haven't received it, even though the company says it's been delivered. I contacted you by email, and received a reply saying I should check the package's delivery status. I did so, and it says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. I haven't been kept informed about the delivery process in the meantime, and now I'm not getting any response from Dasai. I would have liked to give it 3/4/5 stars if I had it, but now only one star for the poor service.

Very cute and a nice companion but shipping delays seem to be a constant issue with a lot of people. I would know because it took almost the whole month for it to get to me, and that's being generous, because I've got items missing that apparently were results of stock issues. Furthermore, I was told that combined shipping wasn't possible and that I need to shell out for the extra shipping. Cute but service is absolutely horrendous. They need to stop spending so much money on ads and put it into their logistics and stock acquisition. Just a money hungry company. Shouldn't even exist.

Response from their team is short of being rude and the answers they give treats customers as idiots.

When asked whether the item was shipped or not, or why the courier has not updated the status they gave an answer that did not answer any of the questions and stated 'when it gets there it will get there.'

Given that this has been more than a week after they supposed sent the item out but courier status was still at 'label created, awaiting update' during the 1 week wait.

They made a typo in my postal code and when I asked about it, they just told me to sort it out with the courier

Going strong. Using it from past 1 years. Everyone adores him and asks about him. Deducted 1 star because helmet starts rattling due to rough road conditions in India.

Purchased a few times from Dasai. It’s always have been shipped quickly! Awesome site and products will definitely buy again. I own two mochis. Love them!

Bad experience. 4 months after ordering kept sending polite emails asking when I could expect it. They wouldn't respond to anything, not even to give me a basic update. Eventually filed a chargeback with my bank and ended this nonsense.

Communication and products are great! When it comes to releases for limited/special items, sadly some customers don’t understand that it’s a pre-order and they’ll have to wait. Other than that, I’ll be buying more in the future from them!

As stated, ordered 11th November as CHRISTMAS gifts. Website clearly stated "order now for guaranteed pre Christmas delivery"

Finally shipped 31st Dec 2024. Yes i was annoyed about that, however i'm much more annoyed at the lack of customer service. Tracking is showing the item has not moved in the UPS network since 2nd Jan 2025. Appears to be lost. I have sent several emails and absolutely zero response from this company. I can't even follow the tracking up with UPS direct. By far one of the worst dishonest companies i have had the displeasure of dealing with and it won't be happening again.

Ordered in Oct 24... Still no shipping info and same generic response from their support. Flat out scam at this stage.

Honestly after ordering this, read reviews and thought, I’ve been scammed. However, my Clear Mochi 3 turned up today! Haven’t used in the car yet. But it’s cute and very animated!!

I would give zero stars however, this site doesn’t allow me. I ordered 2 Mochi 3 on November 3, 2024; Chrome and Midnight. These were intended as Christmas gifts. The site doesn’t say anything about production time. In fact, it say that orders are shipped within 2-5 days, to look for tracking info in spam, etc. I started an email thread in the middle of November and their response was 15 days. December comes and I send another email and the response was 20 more days. Christmas comes, I have nothing, New Years arrives and I have reached out 4 times and have yet to receive a response. This company is advertised with “Shop”. I have written a review and shared the above scenario on another format called “Judge.Me” which Is probably another scam from Dasai, because when you log onto their page and submit your comments , it navigates you to the page mentioned above. I receive emails stating that they are pushing out their last orders - but there’s a delay with Chrome and Midnight. Yet, they have pre-orders for the new “Liberty”. Scam ! I can probably find these gadgets on TEMU. So it’s time to put this company and their conduct out on BLAST. Buyer BEWARE..
