Although I am very grateful that the taxi gentleman waited for me to pick up my daughter from school, I had said to him if he had another job, he can say no and I will just book another one later so he didn’t have to wait. He chose to wait.

BUT THEN CHARGED ME NEARLY £17 for a £12 fair. Probably won’t use dash again
Especially that when I got in the car after collecting my daughter, he went on to tell me how he’s lost. £35. I don’t think that’s very professional it did make me feel very guilty. But I had asked him if he had anything to do to do that and I would rebook.

My intention was not for you to lose any money on my account, but I’ll keep saying this until I’m in the face if you agree then you agree lol

Tried to charge me 28pounds to go from aldis to my address in royston. (Absolute p**s take! (Month ago)

THE ITHER DAY: The cab driver also refused to take me saying thst I fake my epilepsy to get rides for free, the staff were sickened considering ive been sent to hospital seized in roads and have complex epilepsy.

I then get told I nearly got someone revoked yet he woukdnt tell me more and said hes never driving me ive never been told im banned ir anything and now I hear this all because if my seizures?

Ive always paid and I wasnt gonna do 28 quid the app is faulty to and they clearly pick who they wanna take based on appearance and if your vulnerable they clearly dont wanna deal with you obviously something to hide.

Driver turned me away just as I was about to get in .. Ordered cab at 1015pm in kings cross returning yo Royston .. for 11pm confirmed can and registration. On arriving at Royston another man was talking to my driver and then went to get his wife. The cab driver then said they are reallocating my ride. Even though it showed on app. He then drove away and left me stranded. Can came in 10 minutes. Operator said the other passenger took priority and tried to claim I didn't check my app and had nothing to said when I did. And the reallocation only happened as the passengers got into my cab so caught them lying. Left me stranded in middle of night very unsafe as a woman as they said they would allocate a driver. To unsafe to use or recommend to others

Driver showed up on time and dropped me off at the train station quicker than expected! He was very polite and professional. I was very stressed and worried that I wasn’t going to make my train but thanks to him, he made it possible 🙏🏼 big massive thanks to driver Saleh

Terrible company, turn up late, agree a price with you when you book then over charge you afterwards - 37.50 for a 6 mile journey having agreed 28.20.
Do not use these people much better taxi companies out there - should have used Uber.

I’ve been charged falsely multiple times. When making a complaint on the phone, they tried to lie and tell me it’s an old notification but the money gets taken out of my account. Nothing has been done about it

No star if I could .. extremely late like 25 mins, blasting music, no apology - just awful service. Normally they are punctual - seems like that they are going downhill !

I have not, to my knowledge, ever used this company.

And yet as of about a month ago I now get several text messages a week from them. Somehow without a blockable phone number. Managed to link it to this website via a phone number in one of the text messages.

Is it a phishing scam? Have they simply not bothered to find a way to verify phone numbers? No idea.

But please stop.
