DRS worked perfectly to backup email. I had some issues with where to find the email attachments, however I contacted support and was helped by Gaurav who was able to show me how to access the attachments. Very helpful!!

I had problems using the software. Great technical support. Apparently, the software does not work until you turn off your firewall. This isn't ideal. However, the software is awesome once it works. The technical support was incredibly helpful and patient.

I recently used DRS AOL Backup Tool and successfully converted aol mails into Gmail account. Pricing policy of this brand is also reasonable as compared to others.
