Outstanding product and excellent customer service.

I placed my order in early November & didn’t receive it until after the new year. I also feel like they made need some fine adjustments on the nose area & pressure point behind my ears. I have experienced some really pronounced indentation on my nose. So I feel like a local optical shops would work better for me. I won’t be sending them back to take care of these issues because of the time it would likely take.

Very nice quality glasses and helpful staff that made sure all my questions were answered.

Tightening up and new lenses are great. My small complaint is that the area inside the frame where it meets the lens was not cleaned up (they're clear frames).

*EDIT* - quick response from Sami and offered to remedy the situation immediately. The team from DK has offered excellent customer service and I'll be buying another pair soon.

Frames received in kit were of the highest quality. Limited selection, but the quality and styles offered make up for this to some extent. Good client service from the stylist; friendly interaction during a requested phone call needed for clarification. In the end, I was not able to move forward - but next time around I hope to find the right frames for my needs and try again.

From the initial interaction of selecting test frames on the website through the delivery of my chosen glasses, the process was simple, efficient and thorough . Having in-person glasses measurements and fittings for more than 30 years, I was concerned that an online order would surface fit issues . Au contraire! These glasses are amazing and perfect . Having been assigned a DK personal assistant proved helpful and reassuring . Wouldn't hesitate to order again
