I ordered glasses while in Canada…
I ordered glasses while in Canada visiting my daughter. I live in the Caribbean and cannot get goods so easily there. I ordered them a month in advance to be shipped to my friend who I was going to visit in Northern California. Well, they did not arrive even though the ship time was in correspondence to when I ordered them to be there unbeknownst to me. I contacted the company. They literally refused to do anything about it but offer me a $60 Canadian refund on 180 dollar purchase. I said no, but I’m going to tell you if they don’t give a shit there are a Chinese company who’s only out to make a profit so buyer beware my glasses have rotated around the US and it’s next to impossible to get a hold of USPS. They are a terrible company. I don’t recommend anybody using them or buying from them because you might or might not get your goods. I’m going to make a formal complaint with my bank to try and get my money back but lesson learned don’t trust Chinese companies. It’s their personality. They just don’t give a shit about customer service.

The delivery delay was caused by an incorrect zip code you provided at checkout, which made the package undeliverable and routed across multiple US cities before being returned to our warehouse. Once packages leave our facility, we have no authority to edit addresses or reroute shipments via USPS.
After you reached out, we offered two clear, fair solutions per our policy: free reshipment to any US address, or a 70% partial refund while holding your glasses indefinitely. Your order total was CAD 146.05 (around USD 104.53), not USD 183 as mentioned in your review.
We proceeded with correcting the zip code and reshipping your order on June 17, and tracking confirmed the glasses were successfully delivered to your friend’s California address on June 22.
We always strive to provide thoughtful, flexible support and fair solutions for every one of our customers. Feel free to contact us directly if you have further concerns.
Zniff is the best brand if your looking for fashionable while also being affordable!

Love that they constantly give out promo codes for discounts. I have bought some for myself and also my mother who needs bifocals which at a regular store can be super expensive but with zinff affordable. Just bought 2 pairs a couple days ago and can’t wait to get them!

Little Faith in Customer Service
I placed an order for glasses on 19 January 2025, with a production time of 5-7 days, for a total of $129. I reached out via LiveChat on 24 January requesting an update. I receive a response from Tina within a couple of hours saying I would have a tracking number within 48hrs.
On 28 January, I followed up with a request for an update on my glasses. No response. On 29 January, I sent another request for update. No response via LiveChat. I sent an email to the service@zinff email address. I received an out of office message saying they would return on 3 February. On 3 February, I sent another request both via LiveChat and via email. No response. I sent another message on 4 February requesting cancellation with full refund due to their lack of response. I have yet to receive a response. If I have no response by 5 February, I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback due to suspicion of fraud and lack of communication.
Feb 16, 2025 Update: glasses received and are just fantastic. The company was extremely responsive after the apparent holiday. Lesson learned: if you need new glasses in a “short” timeframe - do not order during the Chinese Public Holiday.

I received my glasses
I received my glasses. They're beautiful! Thank you! I love the grey frames. They're beautiful and very nice quality. The lenses are perfect! The purple pair with the purple lenses are gorgeous! There was a little hickup. I received the grey glasses in light pink frames by mistake. But thank you for correcting the error so quickly. I wasn't expecting to receive the grey glasses yesterday and it was a happy surprise. Thank you so much!

My experience was great
My experience was great. I have purchased now (technically) 6 pairs from Zinff. I made a mistake in my last order and they took care of me. Love this company and the customer service is superb. Love being able to see and be comfortable in what I wear.

amazing customer service support!!
I had experienced a lot of issues one was 100% my mistake yet they still helped and resolved the issue. I then had another issue pertaining to delivery, another problem that wasn’t their fault once again and they still resolved my problem and gave me my order TWICE! This is rare to find these days!!
