Boxes arrived in good time….but
Boxes arrived in good time, but were just left on the front path, by the front door. If there had been rain, they would have been ruined

Very poor outer packaging
For a packaging company, your outer packaging of the product was appalling.
The package was fully open upon arrival and the strap keeping the contents together had failed.
There was no attempt to stop the product moving about within the outer package i.e. bubble wrap or similar during transit.
Two stars is perhaps too generous!

A Disappointing Experience.
It took two attempts for our order to be delivered. I emailed to say our address can be confusing, but my attempts to help were ignored. I wasn't emailed to say my delivery was on it's way so I wasn't in which meant I had to rearrange delivery. Annoying and unnecessary.
My parcel was as specified and was well presented.
Not overly impressed with the quality of the boxes either. I expected them to be flat, but you have to tape up one of the corners which means there is an inherent weakness. Not ideal.
I would use a different company if I needed boxes again.

Good morning,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your delivery, especially after you provided helpful information. We understand how frustrating it is to have a delivery delayed and then need to reschedule.
We also regret that the quality of our boxes did not meet your expectations regarding their assembly and inherent weakness. Your comments about the box design are valuable, and we will certainly consider them as we continuously work to improve our products. We are glad, however, that the parcel itself was as specified and well-presented. We are always striving to enhance our customer experience, and your insights are crucial in helping us identify areas for improvement.

Samantha

The products are excellent
The products are excellent, good value and delivered quickly. It would have been five stars except for the delivery packaging - three large boxes came in an enormous, oversized cardboard package - it would have been simpler just to deliver the three boxes as separate items but now I have huge quantities of cardboard to dispose of. Other than that, no complaints!

Excellent Service
This company provides excellent products and excellent service with timely delivery.. The online ordering procedure could be improved. The email re-confirmation step seems a little but vague and needed a follow-up telephone call. but the query was handled vert efficiently. We have been dealing with this company for five years and we would not hesitate to recommend them
